Apartment - Private room · S 11th St, Brooklyn, NY 11211, United States

The Space

My apartment has one of the most privileged views of NY in a very peaceful and quiet where you can really unwind from the bustle of NY. It is very well connected to two subways to Manhattan / in 5 minutes and on the back to the building is the bus too. The apartment is located in the Williamsburg area. This area is plenty of great places to enjoy and I can giving to you a bike. The apartment is very tidy, clean and everything new inside. There is a quiet atmosphere every day. It's a great place to enjoy the city if they come to work, study or visit. I have two rooms, one for a person and the other for two. You can rent by night, for over a week , month or longer. If a couple need coming we can talk about prices. This converted factory building offers sweeping city views, brand new appliances and is just 3 blocks to the NYC water taxi. It is a 6-Floor walk-up, but the view is worth it!. The apt has internet and I am a great host too but and I respected with privacy; I speak English and Spanish. Recommended!

  • The best thing about this house is the view and location. Pablo is an excellent host and knows his neighborhood really well, so he can helps a lot to know the tips of where to eat, have a coffee or how to move from there to other places of interest in NY. Manhattan is 5 minutes by bike, is a walking distance. The house is spacious, has lots of light, is clean and Pablo makes anyone feel at home. Will definitely stay there if I go back to NY.

  • Pablos Place is awesome! Its located a few minutes away from the J/M/Z trains in Brooklyn and you have an amazing view over Williamsburg Bridge and Manhattan. Its close to Williamsburg and you have numerous grocery stores nearby. Pablo is a wonderful host. He´s very welcoming and invited me to one of his artshows. You can have great talks with him and just have a good time hanging out. He also gave me tips on what to do in New York. So Pablos place is an great point to get started in NY and have a good time. Definitely a recommendation!

  • Pablo is a wonderful host! He made everything really easy for me!! He was nice and very helpful especially at the beginning of my trip to New York. So I felt very quickly at home in New York. I really enjoyed it a lot to stay with him. Pablo is a star!

And the location is GREAT! Its in between the Jewish part of Williamsburg but only a few minutes by walk to be part of »Hippster Williamsburg«. And the incredible view outside my window to Williamsburg Bridge: that continue to amaze!

Finally: Nice hosts, nice flat, well located ! For sure I recommend this room !
