Imagine being surrounded by a treed wildlife preserve while laid back at the huge pool with a Tiki bar! This 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bath (sleeps 10), three story house has all of the amenities you are searching for at an unbelievable price! We only do weekly (Saturday to Saturday) rentals from late May to early September. We offer 3 day rentals in off season. We ask for a $300 deposit for 3 day rentals and $500 for 7 day rentals along with a signed contract.

The space
There is a short, one block walk (2/10 of a mile) to the most popular beach in Sandbridge! Linens and towels are INCLUDED at no extra cost! We ask for a signed contract to protect us both. Cable TV, and wireless internet, are included! The house books up quickly, so we would love for you to enjoy!

We offer our beautiful beach side home to you and your family for less than you can rent from a realty company! We have owned our slice of Paradise for over 22 years and update each year. Most rentals don't include linen and towel service, but we include that in our pricing. You will love the seclusion of our lot since it's backed up to the Wildlife Refuge and just a short walk to the beach. Sandbridge is truly a wonderful, small community and we invite you to experience it!
