Very cozy and quiet room, located very close to the city center. The room comprises a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk.
Flat TV with free view and radio, alarm clock can be provided. Linen and towels are provided as well blankets or extra duvet if needed
Limited access to the kitchen, washing machine, dryer. There is a complete bath with shower and two toilets, all shared (but just with me). A cleaner comes once a week , There is a patio that can be used weather permits and space to keep your bikes if needed

I live in the property so you will see me around :) Please, any help I can give with suggestions, travel, places to visit or eat don't hesitate to ask
The neighborhood is very quiet and secure, most of the neighbors have been living in the street for years and we tend to get together once a year so everyone is known around. The river is just at the end of the street and the city center about 10 minutes away (I dont walk that fast!) lots of restaurants around
Cambridge is a very small city, it wont take more than 30 minutes to walk between places, there are buses close to the house but you will not need them
Other things to note
If you decide to rent a bike whilst you visit, there is an access to the patio from the backyard. Parking permits can be provided
Non smoking in living areas, no pets either. Smoking is allowed in the patio.
