Renting this property is like having your own private 5-Star resort! Immerse yourself in Sonoma County wine country from an idyllic hilltop retreat with unparalleled mountain & Dry Creek Valley views. Ideal for 3 couples, we can accommodate up to 10 guests, and offer private concierge service to book wine tastings, restaurant reservations, an on-site chef or yoga instructor, and more. Relax in the infinity pool, or enjoy cooking a meal in our commercial-grade kitchen & wood-fired pizza oven.

The space
Our 100-acre estate is nestled on the hilltop of oaks and cyprus trees. The Main Pavilion includes the chef's kitchen, dining table area, and sitting areas with a fireplace. The adjacent bath house includes two half-baths, a shower room for the pool, and laundry facilities. Winding garden paths lead to 3 private bedroom bungalows.

The primary bungalow includes the primary bedroom with king bed, full bath, yoga/reading room, and a separate den with large screen TV, desk, and queen sleeper sofa.

Each of the two additional bungalows include their own full bath, seating area with TV, outdoor private deck with stunning views, and kitchenette with coffee maker and mini refrigerator.

Bungalow 2 has a queen bed and a recently renovated full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bungalow 3 also has a newly renovated full bath with bathtub/shower combo, two queen beds and a full sleeper sofa.

Hike our 10-acre vineyard or 90 acres of mountain trail that are on property. Feel free to pick fresh herbs, fruits and veggies from the gardens for cooking and enjoyment.

There is a friendly vineyard cat at the property that may come to visit you during your stay. He is fed daily by the manager and should not be fed by guests.

We are also a working vineyard! During your stay you will have a complimentary opportunity to sample our wine. Our wine is also available for purchase on-site should you want more!

Guests of Adruni also receive a complimentary wine tasting for 4 at Lambert Bridge Winery, located just 20 minutes from us within Dry Creek Valley. Our property manager will coordinate this tasting for you if you are interested.
