There is a beautiful, centrally located apartment, close to the city center of Sulzbach. Newly renovated, with ecologically sustainable plaster and white oiled oak parquet. Very quiet location because of side street. The city centre can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, the train station in 7-10 minutes (Nuremberg/Regensburg is less than 1 hour away). Equipped with lovingly collected works of art you will feel comfortable. Parking (and smoking) in front of the house possible.

The space
The bright living room with 25 sqm, consisting of living, sleeping and kitchen area is reached by separate entrance of the apartment on the first floor.
Equipped with flat-screen TV, kitchenette, dining table with 4 chairs and wide, high-quality sofa bed (no bed) where you can sleep well. Private bathroom and private toilet are available, just as recently renovated as the entire apartment. Wi-Fi can of course be used.
