Spend time here enjoying activities like beach volleyball and tennis, and in the evening you can opt to have a local chef come and prepare a delicious dinner. The charming cliff-top town of Polignano a Mare is only seven minutes away and there you will find lively bars, good food and great gelato. You can also explore the sea caves and dramatic rocky coastline on a boat trip.

The whole residence is very quiet. At 150 meters from the villa there is a train line which create some noise every 20-30 minutes. We measured the train noise using an APP: it is 95 decibel for 3 seconds. This is equivalent to noisy kids playing. The train passes on average every 20-30 minutes but you can't hear it from inside the house when outdoor doors and windows are closed.
