I was very happy with my stay at Diana's! It was exactly as described, nice and spacious, very comfy and clean and Diana left all the amenities to make it feel like home. It is very conveniently located, peaceful and quiet with a great view from the private back deck. I would recommend staying at Diana's!
My husband and I had a great experience staying in Diana's home. Everything was exactly as listed, she provided an incredibly clean and comfortable home. Diana was accommodating when our dates changed, and very easy to contact and communicate with. I highly recommend this apartment!
Diana is a wonderful host! I stayed at her apartment for a month before moving into my permanent apartment. She went out of her way numerous times to help make my move to NC much easier. I could not have asked for a more generous and accommodating host. The apartment is very nice and clean and located in a convenient location. Thank you very much!
Diana was an extremely helpful host. She was easily contacted and responded quickly to my emails. The apartment was just as it was described. We were very happy with the accommodations and the quiet neighborhood. Diana provided us with a sheet with information about the apartment and contact info. of a neighbor available to help us with any issues.
I stayed at Diana's apartment for a week while she was away. It was on a few days notice and there was another guest coming in the day that I was flying out but she responded very quickly and we were able to work out the logistics. The apartment was very comfortable and at a convenient location. Everything was clean and neat - very much recommended.
I personally did not stay at Diana's apartment, but here's what my colleague (who did stay) says:
It was really easy to get connected to Diana, she replied to all my E-Mails very quickly and was patient with all my questions I had. In the apartment I found all basic requirements prepared, like towels, sheets and some useful kitchen items. She prepared a full list of information of what you can use including persons in direct neighborhood to turn to in case of emergencies or any needs.
Neighborhood is quiet and relaxed. I didnt hear much from other apartments of the rest of the complex and I felt pretty safe there. Highway and railway are somewhat noisy.
Since the apartment is about 1/2 mile to next bus station, it is useful to have a car or bike. I had a bike and felt well connected - and didnt feel the need to worry about leaving it in front of the apartment. My personal favorit was the back porch.
