Guests love this home’s spaciousness for a comfortable stay.
400 square feet in private guest house above our 2 car garage with all of the amenities. Freshly renovated with new Queen Size Bed and separate living area. Sofa does not pull out but there ate extra linens in the closet if a guest wants to sleep on the sofa.
Separate heating & air with quiet view of backyard. Stocked coffee bar. Walk to bars, restaurants, and services on both Hyde Park & Mt. Lookout Square, bus line access. 10 minutes from downtown Cincinnati.

The space
Apartment style loft with open concept design above homeowner's garage. Bedroom area with its own TV is separated from a living space with Sofa, Chairs, and desk space with a second TV. Kitchenette with dishes, mini fridge, Keurig Coffee (fully stocked), and microwave for convenience. Full bath with creature comforts.

Guest access
Plenty of street parking in front of the main home. Walking distance to convenience stores, and literally hundreds of restaurants. Quick 15 minute drive to downtown and all major driving arteries.
