A very nicely furnished apartment with the capacity of accommodating 4 person, on the fourth floor without lift (as most of the buildings in this part of barcelona).
The room and the sitting room has a big window opening in a huge interior courtyard with sun light almost through-out the day time.
The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. The big living room and the dinning area are furnished with comfortable 2 sofas and a sofa bed which can convert to a comfortable double bed.
Internet WiFi connection is part of the offer.
The house is a having central heating system.
Please note that the AC is only in the sitting / dinning room and the bed room have fan.
Walking distance from the beach,port, comercial centre, metro (underground train)a lot of museums, theatres and so on.
Very well conected with Metro ( undergound train ) and bus stop, only about 500meters from this apartment. Just walking distance from a lot of important historical and cultural places. The beach is just 20minutes walk. The world famous ramblas is just 2 minutes walk from here.
Probably the ideal place for you to enjoy your holidays with your family or friends.

Very important point is not to disturb neighbours. keys are given aat arrival and the house is shown.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT and BEHAVIOUR:-
All our apartments are in residential buildings which means that the owner has strict house rules which must be followed by all guests. As of respect to the neighbours we do not allow any loud music or any disturbing noise in general as well as any invited guests or parties. Liability for the owner with regards to complaints which result in FINES and PENALTIES (which could be up to 3000euros ) are to be covered in full by the client responsible for the disturbance. Furthermore, please, be careful when entering the staircase: do not slam the doors or make noise when arriving and leaving the apartment.

cancellation initiated by the owner will entitle the client to a refund of his or her pre payment ex his or her transfer costs.
If the apartment is for any reason not in rental condition at the time of arrival, ie in the case of damage, such as leakage (or any other conditions making the apartment un-liveable), the owner has the right to cancel a booking for this specific apartment and reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion.
If an alternative apartment is not available the owner will then refund the pre-payment.
the owner will do its best to assist the client to find a suitable solution of alternative accommodation, but will by no means be held responsible to do so.
Please advice us before hand of your arrival and departure time.
Upon arrival at the airport please call the number stated in the confirmation email, to advice the owner about your arrival which will give them time to travel to the apartment to be there for your arrival. If you experience any delays please notify the owner at your earliest convenience.
In case of any problems or non satisfaction with the apartment this needs to be reported as soon as possible to the owner. We can only amend the problem by being informed about it. If a claim is submitted after the departure, we would not be able to compensate you. With specific regards to the apartments cleanliness, if for any reason you are dissastisfied with the condition of the apartment the owner requires that you inform immediately so this can be rectified. Claims made after departure will not be considered.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In case of breach of this rule only one third of deposit will be refunded, the remainder will be used to pay the special deodorization of the apartment.
Our apartments are non-smoking apartments: if you are a smoker, you are only allowed to smoke on the balcony! Please, respect this as the following clients might be non-smokers or allergic to smoke. Please, do not throw cigarette butts down into the street or patios.

Please note as indicated on our web site, that if you arrive to the apartment after 21h we have to add an additional check in fee, the fees are as follows:
After 9PM 20,00 EUR
After 11PM 30.00 EUR
After 24:00 to 8AM 50.00 EUR
When leaving the apartment, please, turn off all electric equipment such as air conditioning and fans as well as switching off all lights, Televisions and music since we try to conserve energy. Furthermore, please, take down the garbage; you can leave the garbage on the street next to the main door, ONLY FROM 20:00 to 22:00 every day.
When you leave the apartment, please, remember your keys: the doors slam and without the key, you cannot enter the apartment! You can contact the owner in order to gain access to the apartment. In case you loose the keys, the owner will deduct 25 € from the damage deposit for each set of keys (website hidden) case you loose your keys, you must inform the owner immediately!
A detailed copy of the house rules will be present in each apartment. Please, read them carefully since in case of failure to follow the the owner house rules, you will loose the 150 euro deposit paid upon arrival and be asked to leave the apartment without compensation. You may also be liable to pay disturbance fines.
The owner is not responsible for any personal damages or injuries which may occur during your stay in the apartment, the client indemnifies the owner from and against any and all liability and any claims, proceedings or damages resulting or arising from the booking, event or function, the client, guests or any outside contractors of the Client.
The owner will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond its control: Force Majeur which includes acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labour disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, strikes, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, snow conditions, lift closures, road closures, floods, or acts or restraints imposed by government (website hidden) such cases, the owner reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion; if an alternative apartment is not available the owner will then return the pre-payment. The owner will do its best to assist the client to find a suitable solution of alternative accommodation, but will by no means be held responsible to do so.
The owner does not accept responsibility whatsoever for damage to, or theft from, or theft of, luggage and other personal belongings from the apartments.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms, furnishings, utensils and equipment in them by any act, omission, default or neglect of the clients, their guests or sub-contractors and will pay to the owner the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
The damage deposit will be held until the amendment of damages has been rectified.
