This cozy studio in the heart of Upper Queen Anne is located close to all the must-see places and activities in the Seattle area. The neighborhood is very walkable and the studio has an abundance of day light. Trader Joe's, Safeway, and many restaurants are within a five minute walk. One of the most breathtaking views of Seattle, Kerry Park, is a 10 minute walk. The cozy studio HVAC (heating & air conditioning) has its own unit and it is not shared with any other spaces.

The space
Entire guesthouse. Great location in Upper Queen Anne - walkable, public transportation 5 min away. Plenty of natural light - 6 windows + 2 skylights. Tourist attractions nearby - Kerry Park 10 min walk, Olympic Sculpture park 20 min walk. Free parking.

Guest access
Please use the path on the south side of the house. Go through the gate and continue on path to the stairwell to the private studio.

Other things to note
Shampoo, body wash, conditioner and hand soap are included. The cozy studio HVAC (heating & air conditioning) has its own unit and it is not shared with any other spaces. We follow Airbnb enhanced safety protocol and additionally use a Victory Electrostatic Sprayer between each guests stay.

Neighborhood highlights

Queen Anne is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Seattle. It's very safe and quiet. There's a playground and a baseball field just a few minutes away from our studio. Shops, grocery stores, restaurants and a drug store are within a five minute walking distance. Kerry Park is only minutes away from us as well - one of the most popular spots for beautiful views of the whole city.
