Million dollar views, completely furnished, new modern granite tops kitchen fully stocked (except food & grocery store/costco nearby). Laundry room. Two full baths, BBQ on deck. Your own heat & A/C system. Ceiling fans in every room. Separate private entrance from main house. Approx 1100 sf 3 bdr 2 bath house built above our garages with outside entrance. Hosts live on site but you don't share any common walls so very private. 2 large HD smart TV's, free WiFi, lots of parking.

The space
No neighbors, No traffic. Your own private little world up here but just 5 minutes to all major freeways. We have mountain well water and a softener so our tap water is better than bottled water. We are on the hillside and over look both Glen Helen Amphitheater, Regional Park, Glen Helen Raceway, Sbdo Sheriffs Academy and the Western World Champion Little League HQ.
We try to offer very flexible check in and check out to fit your schedule but it is always based on guests in house before and after your reservation.

Guest access
Entire private guest house is all yours during your stay. Come and go as you please but please this is not a wild party house. Enjoy our beautiful property but respect it. Enjoy it and use it but don't break it, spill it or steal it and every visit can be a 5 star experience for both of us.

Neighborhood highlights

This area is all 5 to 8 acre parcels so only a few homes up here and everyone knows each other. Great neighborhood watch, no strangers wandering around this neighborhood.
Probably one of the safest places in California to live and only one way in and out.
We are in North Verdemont on the Mountain side at the base of Cajon Pass. We overlook the 15/215 interchange, Glen Helen Amphitheater but can also see the 210 freeway. We have German Shepherds that roam the property freely during the day. If you are not comfortable with dogs we keep them in their kennel when guests are on the property. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets almost every day. We ask that you don't wander around our property just enjoy it from the deck view. We have wildlife including Coyotes, Deer, Bob Cats, Mtn Lions, Rattlesnakes and an occasional Bear.

We've been married 34 years and the perfect date night is dinner and a movie. (Microwave popcorn and turn on Netflix). Raised 5 kids and enjoying retirement. Favorite destinations are Jamaica and Hawaii but we also love just being at home. Occasionally we get to do some water skiing, surfing and hiking.... Just to stay young!!!!
