Lucy & Dave made my stay very pleasant. They even got me gouda cheese and salamie and dark toast for breakfast, just like in germany.
Even when my car broke down they were very supportive and helpful.
Room was bright and had a very comfy bed!
Thank you for letting me stay in your lovely home!
Very welcoming home and extremely comfy bed, would stay again
Our stay at Lucy and Dave's home exceed any expectations that I had. Although the home is a little ways from the city center, Dave and Lucy helped us finding any accommodations that were needed. Breakfast was made for us, and on the day that we had to wake up very early to catch our flight, Lucy left out food so that we could make our own breakfast. When I go back to Dublin I will definitely stay with them again. The home is not only comforting, but also very welcoming. We had an amazing time in Ireland thanks to them.
Me and my friends had a wonderful stay! The beds were very comfortable, and the house was very clean. The daily breakfast was big and delicious. Downtown Dublin was easily accessible by bus (about 45 min), and there were nice walking trails right by the house. I would definitely stay here again!
Lucy and her husband were charming with us. They waited for us in our late check-in and were worried about our comfort all the time we were in their house. They were understanding with us, let us choose the breakfast time and type. The house is clean and charming and is in a quiet area which has also a good bus conection with the city centre.

About the Host, Lucy
My name is Lucy and I am hosting with Airbnb now since late July this year. I am totally enjoying the experience of meeting people from other countries, as well as Ireland, and welcoming them to my home.
I have 2 daughters and 2 beautiful grand-daughters and am lucky that they all live near me in Dublin.
I love to travel and thanks to Ryanair I have travelled to most of Europe. There are still lots of places I would like to visit, particularly South Africa and New Zealand.
I look forward to welcoming you to my home, in which I take lots of pride.
The Kiltipper Way Walk is 5 mins from the house. The walk brings you across country along the Dodder River and goes to the Gleann Na Smól reservoir. The walk is off road and well surfaced and level.Gleann Na Smól Tallaght Dublin
