Dear Timothy, unfortunately you made a last minute booking (for 2 nights) and I was in Milano because of work so I couldn't meet you or help you in person while you were here. Sorry about that. Nevertheless I would like to clarify some point.
AirCon is new and is working very well. The only problem was that the previous guest broke the remote control so it was very complicate to turn it on without it. I also asked you if you wanted me to give you a new one the very first day but you said it was not a problem so I bought a new remote control when I came back from Milan the second day.
Hot water is working always very well but if the other guests - as you know because they told you - turn the general button (in the kitchen!) off, it stops. I even put a tape on that button in order to keep it in the "on" position but, you know, sometimes people are very intelligent, they see a button sticked with a tape and think: "Uh! A button with a tape on it! What will happen if I'll turn it off"? Anyway, again, as soon as you asked me I told you how to fix it.
Cleanings are very important to me. I always check if the person who's in charge of makes a good job. Unfortunately I was in Milan while you were here and mistakes can happen. But if you experienced some problem with it you could have just told me and I could have called the person to clean again.
In conclusion, if you see all my review you're the only person who had problems at mine and believe me I'm very sorry about that. Maybe I was out of the city and you were unlucky. Anyway I hope you had a good time in Rome overall and I wait you next time when I'll be in Rome so I can welcome you as it should be! ;)
