We had a great stay at Laura and Ben's. They where kind and very welcoming. The tipi was very comfortable and clean and seeing the stars as you are going to sleep is a truly lovely thing. The area is fun to explore and everything you might need is near and easy to get to. It is a very special place to visit and we could not recommend it enough to anyone who might be thinking of staying.
Great tipi and a nice property with lots of amenities like coffee and showers and towels. Would recommend!
We fell head over heels in love with this incredible property. Ben and Laura are full of creative energy, resulting in awesome and interesting structures to explore, and animals to meet. It was a dream to stay in the adorable tipi. The inside is surprisingly spacious, and the bed comfortably cozy, keeping us warm all night. Toasting s'mores by the campfire was a perfect end to a great day. Waking up the next morning, we did hear a few roosters but it really wasn't an issue for us, the tipi is pretty far removed and their crows were few. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay! We'll be back!
My boyfriend and I had such an amazing time during our stay. Laura welcomed us with warm hugs and made use feel so comfortable. I was worried it would be cold during the night in the tipi, but surprisingly it was very cozy and warm throughout the night. The ocean view was so lovely and we really enjoyed sitting by the fire pit during the night with a bottle of wine :) I would love to stay here again!
Our stay on Ben and Laura's property was a fantastic experience! Laura contacted us the day before our scheduled arrival informing us that due to high winds, the tipi had to be taken down. She gave us the option of staying in a 5th wheel trailer or a glamping tent instead of the tipi, or a full refund. We chose the 5th wheel trailer, and it was a fun experience! The queen size bed was comfortable and cozy, and we played cribbage on the trailer's dining table. Ben and Laura's property is incredible, and they were warm and friendly hosts. We enjoyed lighting a fire in the fire pit, and enjoyed the company of their two cats that sat on our laps next to the fire. We would like to stay here again!
