Belmont Hills Golf Course, Blu' Restaurant are approximately a 4 minute ride away as is Newsteads Spa & Beau Rivage Restaurant. Elbow Beach, Mickey's on the Beach Restaurant at Elbow beach & Long Bay, Astwood Park.
Just a 7 minute ride to Horseshoe Bay Beach, The Fairmont Southampton Princess Hotel & Golf, The Gibbs Hill Lighthouse & Henry VIII Restaurant & Pub. 7 minute drive to the City of Hamilton & KEMH hospital & Botanical Gardens. Approximately 25 minute ride to Crystal Caves, the LF Wade International airport , St. George's as is The Royal Naval Dockyard.
It is located in the central south of the island chain, occupying part of the main island to the southeast of the Great Sound, the large expanse of water which dominates the geography of western Bermuda, and also a number of islands which lie within that sound. It is joined to Southampton Parish in the southwest, and to Paget Parish in the northeast. As with most of Bermuda's parishes, it covers just over 2.3 square miles (about 6.0 km² or 1500 acres).
Natural features in Warwick include Warwick Long Bay, Riddell's Bay, Darrell's Island, Hawkins Island, Long Island, and Marshall's Island. Hinson's Island, once part of Warwick, is now part of Paget Parish.
The parish also contains Warwick Camp, the former rifle ranges of the Imperial military garrison, which is, today, the home of the Bermuda Regiment, and most of which doubles as parkland (and the territory of which includes Warwick Long Bay, Horsehoe Bay, and the smaller beaches between).

Visit our 'Pompano Flats Ocean View Studio Suite (Queen bed), 'Harbour Ocean View Studio Suite (King bed) both offered at $100 a night with Ocean Views & our 'Loquat Garden' Studio APARTMENT (King bed & Double Sleeper Couch) offered at $130 a night. Family traveling together, consider renting all 3 accommodations for your holiday. These properties are located in Southampton on Port Royal Golf Course. Closest Beach is Whale Bay Beach which takes the owner approximately 25 minutes to walk to as does the Rockaway Ferry.
Our guests only need to bring their toiletries, Beach towels & clothing..... we provide the rest.

Walking distance to bus & Darrell's Wharf ferry, Grocery Store, Four Ways Inn Restaurant, Four Star Restaurant (Pizza & Indian Menu), Barber Shop, Gas Station. Famous Rail-way trail is just a few steps away.
Elbow Beach is about a 4 minute ride, as is Swizzle Inn. 7 minute ride to the City of Hamilton

Upon arrival, you will find our WELCOME PACKAGE which will include a wide selection of tourist information such as; 'What to do in Bermuda', water sports, dining, places to go & things to see.
TRAVEL INSURANCE is highly recommended to assist with travel interruption, including flights, accidents coverage, flight cancellation, luggage & medical needs for when you travel.
Upon confirming your reservation we kindly request that you provide us with the name(s) of your guest(s), your flight details (name of flight, arrival & departure times). We ask that you call us when you are leaving the airport so that we know you are on your way and someone can be here to greet you. If no one is here, we will leave the accommodation unlocked and the key inside and a light on if you arrive after dark. If your flight has been cancelled please let us know.
PET POLICY: Visit The Bermuda Government Department of Environmental Protection ((website hidden)) to view their policies, permits, Health Certificates & Quarantine instructions of how to import your pet into Bermuda.
Breach and abuse of this policy warrants for immediate termination of agreement.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES are available for $30.00 an hour should you request additional services.
WATER: We kindly ask that you be considerate of our unique island resources. Every house collects and processes rain water for household use. We are advised by the Bermuda Government to use our most valuable resource sparingly, especially during the summer months, peak season. It is absolutely safe to drink and is delicious.
In short, please conserve water by limiting toilet flushing, take very quick showers, and turn off the water when brushing teeth and wash dishes promptly.
If you run out of water, it is imperative that you inform us immediately so that we can order water for you. But most importantly so that the pump doesn’t burn out or needing to be primed; avoiding additional expenses to you. It costs us $95 to purchase one load of water.
GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY: ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellation of reservation will forfeit your total NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT. Sorry our Non-Refundable Policy is enforced as we do not offer Refunds for Cancellation of Reservation as we reserved the accommodation and your dates especially for you as per your request.

NO SMOKING inside. All smoking must take place well away from the building. Please properly dispose of your butts. Abuse of this policy enforces an automatic minimum $350.00 Cleaning Fee for cigarette smoke & damages.

Anytime I am off island our housekeeper resides on site but also works a full time job but makes every effort to address your needs. In addition, our maintenance person is generally just a phone call away. Included in your Airbnb reservation confirmation you would have received all of our contact telephone numbers & email address. This information is also provided in your Welcome Package located in your accommodation. Therefore at no time is any guest left to feel unattended to or not being catered to.
Our policy is to not infringe on the privacy of guests which is highly regarded and respected. Generally we are available & more than accommodating. If there's anything we can't answer or assist with, we will always seek help & seek your patience.
One will attest that we not only provide you with very descriptive information during your inquiry stage & prior to your arrival about our properties & Bermuda. We also provide a WELCOME package, brochures on dining, events, places of interest & maps. We are always willing to answer any questions, make recommendations & reservations and suggest the best things to do and see.

As an Ambassador for Bermuda, I am also employed by one of Bermuda’s 5 star hotels & also work for two Destination Management companies in VIP and Corporate Hospitality division with an exemplary reputation. In addition, was an esteemed volunteer in Corporate Hospitality & worked for the PGA of Golf for 4 years.

We know that we can't please everyone all the time, as each person's expectations and experience is different.
