Single bedroom ideal for the budget traveler. It has a nice comfy double bed and plenty of hanging space. There's a ceiling fan, but NO AIR-CON in the room - but it's next to the lounge that does have air-con. I can also hire you a very nice bicycle for $10 per day.

WE HAVE A SMALL CAT ALSO - HE'S VERY FRIENDLY AND PRETTY QUIET

It's generally a quiet neighbourhood but only a short distance in to Cairns by bus or bicyle. Everything you sould reasonably need is on the doorstep here. I've only recently moved in to the area and I really like it. 'The Village' consists of 24 homes without perimeter fences so there's a real community here that is unique and quite lovely.

Hi Guys, Since I can remember I've always had people sharing my living space, even as a child. I'm a friendly, social and active person and would be looking for people to enjoy my home that are relatively quiet and respectful as I work very long hours as a teacher and film producer/actor/writer/director etc. I also have a permanent sharemate that is quiet and busy. As for life philosophy: you gotta view everything that comes your way as an opportunity, even if it looks like it sucks. Though I'm only 42, I've travelled over 30 countries and four continents and experienced much of life. I'm only now beginning to understand what truly motivates me. It's a deep desire to create and the thought of doing that each day keeps life dynamic and fresh for me. I really enjoy conversations that dig past the superficial and find the prospect of Airbnb very exciting.
