Rita, Larry and Suzi were great hosts. They were very thorough and helpful on all information about checking in, checking out, and during our stay. The place was VERY clean and the bed was big and comfortable after a long day out. The room is the size of a nice, comfortable hotel room. The resort community was nice and with trails right behind us, it made it very easy to spend an afternoon hiking.
Das Zimmer entsprach vollständig der Beschreibung (sauber, schön renoviert). Das gilt auch für die Umgebung und die übrigen Angebote. Die Wegbeschreibung war klar und die Lokalität somit gut zu finden.
We absolutely loved staying at Larry and Rita's condo!
They had everything we could have ever needed and more. Easy to find the building and the key to enter. They left an adorable greeting and a bottle of wine for us. The condo itself was so cozy and decked out in Tahoe decor. The neighborhood itself was beautiful with lots to do! We really felt like we were in a wonderland. The condo is less than a few minutes from the lake, super market, bars, and ski resorts. They even had free WiFi for us.
We had such a great experience! Larry, Rita, and daughter Suzi were so so friendly and absolutely accommodating in every way. Thank you so much! We hope to be back soon :)
Larry and Rita were amazing host. They made their one room condo feel like home with wine and choco waiting at the door. Truly made my Xmas stay amazing! I can not wait to come back.
Nice 1 room place. We had misread the description as 1 bedroom thinking the bedroom was separate from a living room and kitchen so were a bit disappointed in the small space but we made it work. Rita and Larry were very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean and they have cute little welcoming touches throughout. The location is fantastic for outdoor activities such as hiking and Tree Top Adventures.
This was a nicely decorated, clean and pleasant room conveniently located in a larger resort along the Tahoe Rim Trail. However, it is a small single room with a tiny TV so you probably will not want to spend much time there besides sleeping. Noise was not too much of an issue for us, but you can hear people walking around upstairs and the bathroom can be noisy. The location makes it very easy to go for a hike (or snowshoe) without having to get into a car. Rita, Larry and their daughter Suzie were responsive to text messages and helpful.
We had a wonderful weekend at Rita and Larry's! The complimentary wine and chocolates were a nice touch. The condo was centrally located and we even got to bring our dog!

My husband and I are retired school teachers and we live in Lake Tahoe during the warmer months and winter in Hawaii and or Arizona. We live a very quiet lifestyle and enjoy our favorite activity called pickleball. Pickleball is America's fastest growing sport especially among the baby boomers. We are both nationally ranked pickleball tournament players and we play competitive pickleball where ever we go. We also give lessons
