Hi There - just respect the house as it were your own - in so far as possible please leave it as you found it. We use oil for central heating. In autumn/winter/spring - a daily allowance will be allowed for central heating. Once your daily allowance for the central heating has been used it will be necessary to apply a surcharge for any additional usage. This will be explained on your arrival.
