Judy was a very friendly and engaging host. The property was exactly as advertised. Neat and clean too! Pool and spa area were just what the doctor ordered. Had a wonderful time in Tucson.
Judy is one of the best hostess I have ever met in Airb&b, warm-hearted and considerate. The bedroom and restroom are super clean. The restroom is dedicated to us only, which is a huge plus in Airb&b rooms. I and my wife really feel at home with such an easy-going lady as Judy.
Judy's place is very clean and just as described. We stayed for 1 night while passing through Tucson and really enjoyed our stay. From the short conversation I had with Judy, I can tell she is super sweet. We would recommend staying at Judy's.
Judy was a fantastic host! She is friendly, super organized and incredibly hospitable. Her house is charming and the room and bathrooms are spacious, clean and cozy. The bed is also very comfortable. She provided us with delicious coffee and fruits and she was delightful to talk to. We really enjoyed ourselves at Judy and would definitely come back
Judy was wonderful! We communicated about arrival time, and she welcomed me at the door. She is so kind, prepared, organized and a bright ray of light after a long drive. The room was perfectly detailed and private, with a comfortable bed, dresser, closet, desk and chair. It was perfectly cozy an comfortable. I am happy to be able to leave this review since I left early and did not have a chance to say good-bye to her. Thank you so much Judy!
Judy's place was as described and matched my needs perfectly. I had a conference in the El Conquistador resort the next morning, which was practically across the street. Judy was a great host. Due to my late arrival the night before, she left the key for me in a prearranged place. Would recommend Judy's place for single or couple travelers who need to be close to this beautiful location north of Tucson.
Another great Judy experience. Was just there several days ago but re-booked with Judy because business took me back to Dallas through Tucson and the first experience was so great. Needed the one night layover.
Love the weather in AZ this time of the year. Judy did her thing and leaves you to do yours. Perfect hostess. Used the community pool this time. Had to myself. Tried the local restaurants. There's many to choose from. I would go to the La Hacienda. New Mexican restaurant but there's plenty off the main drag. Judy uses really nice linens for the bed which was important for me because I needed sleep for my road trip to continue. It's a pretty quiet comfy spot that's worth the 15 minute drive from the Interstate. Note: drive the speed limit because the Oro Valley PD knows when you're not. Area is super safe. Accidentally left the window to my car rolled down and there was zero problem the next morning which if this were LA or New York I would be hurting from that mistake. Small town safety. I'll go back again when I'm passing through. Bring and use sunblock.
About the Host, Judy
I moved to Arizona in 2012 from Naperville, Illinois to be near my daughter, and closer to my son in LA. I enjoy the weather here, of course, and all Tucson has to offer. I love traveling and went on an around the world trip in 2013. Stayed at a few airbnb homes, which were part of the highlights of my trip, so I decided to try hosting.
