Interaction with Guests
Depends on how busy we are, we work both from home, and are sometimes offsite at our studio. Sometimes we are here all day and can have brief conversations, but generally if we are at home working we ask that people be considerate of our time.
We live on a quiet and safe residential block, in Fishtown one of the artsiest neighborhoods in Philadelphia, and with great nightlife and food options.
We are walking distance from many neighborhood hotspots: go dancing at the Barbary, drink beer out of a giant stein at Frankford Hall, have a terrific microbrew at Kraftwork, catch shows at Johnny Brenda's, go to an art opening at one of the many neighborhood galleries, or have an Italian feast at Modo Mio.
We are also very close to other great neighborhoods like Northern Liberties and Old City, both just south of us. Center City is just a short 10 min. subway ride away.
We are 5 blocks from the Market Frankford line (MFL), which will take you most anywhere you want to go in Philadelphia. (11mins to center city, 15 min to 30 st train station) 3 blocks from the Trolley, and numerous bus lines.
We are also right near i95, Delaware ave and the Ben Franklin Bridge.

This was my second time at Sari and Sebastien's home, and they made me feel very welcome. I was there during one of the coldest spells in the city, and the room was super warm and comfy. Sari and Sebastien communicate well, and their home is clean, quiet and perfect. I would definitely recommend this spot, and will return.
Thanks to Sari and Sebastien for opening their home to my friend and I. As described here, the rooms were clean and had what was promised. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone visiting. Liked Fishtown area, although it was a bit too quiet the weekend we visited, possibly because of the cold weather.
Sari and Sebastian's home was beautiful and on a perfectly quiet street for us to recharge for the night. We were only there for one night so we didn't get to check out the neighborhood much, but we drove by some of the many bars and restaurants they recommended. The house was clean and recently remodeled. Thanks guys!
Sari and Sebastien have now hosted production crew from NY for our video shoots here in Fishtown twice. Both times they've been wonderful and generous hosts. The room is beautiful and the house is very close to site, so it is very convenient. We are so happy to know this little gem of a spot exists and will inquire with them first before looking elsewhere, for certain!
We had a great stay at Sari and Sebastian's. The house was beautiful. The room was big and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable. We mostly saw Sebastien, who was very friendly and welcoming and gave us lots of information about the neighborhood. The neighborhood was convenient and had places to eat and go out at night. Thank you Sari and Sebastian!
Great space! Both hosts were very nice and the room is exactly as pictured. This will be my go-to spot for overnight stays in Philly going forward.

Sari and Sébastien are a couple of New York expats living in Philadelphia. We have a nice and cozy home that we love sharing with guests. Sebastien has lived all over the world and can speak to you in French, or possibly poor Spanish. Sari is just from New Jersey and can speak highly competent English to you. We are both artists and creatives. Between the two of us we design, illustrate, teach, and make art.
Honorable mention goes to our rotund but friendly kitty, Ku.
