We are busy and travel out of the area every other weekend, so interaction will most likely be minimal but I will always be available for local knowledge. The house was very clean and comfortable. I ended up making friends with the other folks who rented the other room for the weekend. Great place. Thank you!
I just spent a glorious week in Monterey attending a convention. I was so glad to come "home" to Bryan's place at the end of each day, make something to eat and relax on the deck or watch a little TV. Bryan was welcoming, friendly and keeps a very clean and tidy home. His location is quiet and my bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I come back. Downtown Monterey is only 15 minutes away by car.
Very clean and quiet place. Definitely need a car as it is deep in a residential area. Easy to get in and out of and I loved the great idea of the binder of recommended restaurants. Look forward to returning next year.
Rachel & Bryan's place is cute and cozy, oozing a home-y vibe. Although I didn't get to meet them, our message convos tell me they're kind people and great hosts.
Very clean and comfortable home. While we did not get to meet our hosts, they were very prompt with responses and provided lots of great advice on sites to check out. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I would most definitely stay here again should we ever visit the area again, which I think we will! Thank you for everything, you two!
It was good and nice! Everything was clean and quite neighborhood. I hope to stay again when i visit there. Thank you!

Hello, My name is Rachel and I live on the Monterey Peninsula with my fiancé Bryan. I am a 28 year old college student studying electrical engineering. I have a bachelor's in music, worked in wild land firefighting in California for three summers and then after an engineering internship at-sea, I decided to work towards an engineering degree so that I can pursue that career path. I love to try new things, meet new people, and enjoy life. I am studying in the Los Angeles area but my fiancé Bryan is currently helping me with airbnb in Monterey. He is a navy Veteran and a firefighter of 17yrs. We love living in the Monterey Peninsula area and have a strong respect for our environment both on land and in the Sea. We strive to support local businesses and stray from corporate giants, search for locally made products when possible and choose organic over conventional. We like to take care of business when it arises and work as a team to achieve the best possible results.
