Entire house, sleeps four/six. Attic room double bed available for extra £20 / night
A beautiful little house with an enclosed courtyard, located in the heart of Wye village. A cosy base for rural adventures or to simply curl up with TV, cat and woodburner. The beautiful village boasts four pubs, church, butcher, baker, coop and a farmer's market that is held fortnightly .
Train links to London, Canterbury and the Kent coast.
There is a cat "Doran" who needs feeding and lets himself in and out.

The space
My charming house is nestled in the Kentish village of Wye.

A secret entrance next to the post office takes you through an enclosed courtyard, a lovely place to sit and enjoy cakes from the bakery around the corner.
Twice monthly there is Wye farmer's market right outside the courtyard, which is a vibrant community tradition.

The house has an alternative and cosy feel to it, created with romance and fun in mind.

In winter, the log burning stove adds warmth and comfort.
In Summer the courtyard can be a real sun trap; the house by comparison is blissfully cool.

There are wooden floors downstairs and new carpets upstairs with a winding wooden gallery staircase leading up to the attic bedroom.

My house sleeps 4 comfortably in 2 double bedrooms. The attic room is my daughter's but she will not be there. There is one bathroom on the first floor and a separate toilet downstairs.Free WIFI.
There is unlimited parking in Wye, but just outside the house it is restricted to half an hour between the hours of 9 and 5.

Living area:
Flat screen TV with Amazon and Netflix. Piano.

Open plan Kitchen:
Electric hob and oven, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Bathroom

Bedroom :
Super king size pallet bed. Large flat screen TV with Amazon and Netflix. Electric drum kit. View over courtyard.

Bedroom:
Double bed. Street view
