This apartment is a true gem in trendy South Williamsburg. The apartment is a converted warehouse style loft on two levels with high ceilings, exposed brick, an amazing rooftop, washer and dryer in the building, and available street parking. There is free internet, a kitchen at your disposal furnished with plates and basic cooking utensils.
Conveniently located close to three trains (JMZ at Hewes/Marcy, L at Lorimer, G to Broadway) you are just two stops (10 minutes train ride) from Manhattan . The subways run 24 hours making it a safe, easy commute.
The neighborhood features many of Brooklyn's hottest bars and cafes making it the perfect location for going out at night. It also offers some of the best brunch in the city as well as many locally-minded restaurants and farmers markets. The Brooklyn Brewery is close by as is the new East River Ferry and McCarren park.
The room for rent has a queen sized lofted bed, a wardrobe to hang clothes and a desk if you need to get some work done while your visiting.
My housemate and I are involved New Yorkers who love cultural events, food, fashion, theatre and art. We are always more than happy to give recommendations on things to do while visiting. Our goal is to offer travelers a home away from home in the big apple.

I really enjoyed my stay at Elizabeth and Nick's place....
The room is spacious and the bed is so cozy and comfortable... Easy walk to two metro lines and just 2 stops away from Manhattan!! Cant ask for more :)))
All in all, a very good and positive first AirBnB experience..
I know where I am staying next time I am in Brooklyn
Had a very pleasant stay at this place. It is perfectly located right next to the train station. This can make it a little noisy but hey, its nyc not a country town :)
I had a really great time staying at Elizabeth's. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. It's super central (M,J and G train stops nearby) (email hidden)ly neighborhood.
Elizabeth was a lovely and helpful host, always making sure I had everything I needed. I had the place mostly to myself as she and the other roommates were mostly out or keeping to them themselves. I would definitely stay there again.
This was a great experience. Elizabeth was so welcoming and fun, and the place was really chill. We had delivery Thai the first night and watched trash TV and from then on I was dealing with work. It was great to see them around, but for the most part I was by myself. It's a quiet neighborhood (if you're like me and either like or aren't bothered by the general buzz of a large city). It pretty much just felt like hanging out with/pleasantly ignoring roommates. In a good way.
There is booze, food, and coffee nearby, so it's obviously a perfect place for a young working artist to stay.
The reservation was canceled 28 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
My time with Elizabeth and Georgie was great! They are both warm and welcoming and go out of their way make you feel at home. The loft is big (especially for New York!) and is right around the corner from everything you want to do and see. I definitely recommend staying here.
Really enjoyed staying at Elizabeth's. Spacious room, clean and good people. Would definitely do it again!
Elizabeth is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a crashpad in NYC. The apartment is big, and in a great location, right next to the Hewes subway stop, which gets you into Manhattan in about 10 minutes.
