Lawrenceville is one of Pittsburgh's most happening neighborhoods, with restaurants, cafes, art galleries, & convenient access to everything. In the heart of Pittsburgh's "design zone", beside the Allegheny River, you get a sense of Pittsburgh's history and its future all at once.
Besides all that Lawrenceville has to offer, we're walking distance to Children's Hospital, Bloomfield, Friendship, & more. On several bus lines, 5 minutes to Greyhound/Amtrak & downtown, easy access to universities, Shadyside, or anywhere you need to go.

Lots of on-street parking (we supply a parking pass). Please give us at least 24 hours advanced notice. We do NOT accept same-day bookings.
Smoking outside. No hourly restrictions – come & go as you please. And as much as we like doggies, we just haven't had much luck having them in the house. Cats and other critters negotiable.
