About this listing
I live in Redfern at the well known converted factory The Watertower. The apartment is fabulous and right on Redfern station with spectacular views over Sydney city. This is a smoke free home. There is wifi, air-conditioning if needed, bed linen, towels, full kitchen facility. The building has a swimming pool as well and off street parking.
You will have your own large bedroom and bathroom. Everything is beautifully appointed with crisp white linen and towels. You don't even have to bring your own shampoo.
There is a wonderful pattiserie at the corner of the block that serves great coffee and mouthwatering baked goods.
The CBD is minutes away by train, as is Bondi. This is your five star alternative to a hotel. You won't get your bed made on a daily basis as your room is your sanctuary whilst you are here and your privacy and independence are guaranteed. You are nevertheless provided with much more than a hotel can offer.
You will be sharing just with me and as I work most days fairly much have the place to yourself.
Sorry only one person at a time. Booking in time is 1 pm and booking out time is 12 pm. Sometimes guests arrive head to tail, so generally those times are pretty much it.
Pool and sauna
The Train is right at the door step.
No smoking. Shoes off.
There is a $50 fee if the security key is lost, as this is what it costs to replace it.
This is my second stay at Sandra's apartment and it was as delightful as the first. Sandra is faultless as a host and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for light, space, and comfort close to the centre of Sydney.
Sandra was a lovely host. She was very helpful and welcoming. The apartment is lovely and I would recommend it to anyone looking to spend some time in Redfern.
Sandra was very welcoming and made me feel totally at home. Her place is lovely and in such a great central spot. A few mins from the train to the city so ultra convenient, yet still very quiet.
Sandra was a fantastic host! She was able to help out when I needed it and her apartment was clean and beautiful. It's located literally across the train station so getting around the city was no issue.
Sandra is an amazing host and her loft apartment is stunning. It was an amazing retreat from the business of the city, with quick access via the train (only a stones throw from her apartment) to Central Station and the center of the city. Sandra was a gracious host and really made me feel welcome - I would highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the Sydney area.
Great spacious and quiet bedroom. Wardrobe was great and plenty of room and hangers as I had a lot of business clothes that needed to be hung. Comfortable bed and wonderful high quality towels.
Sandra has a beautiful well kept apartment that is stylish and welcoming.
I really enjoyed being able to study at the amazing dining table with loads of natural light. Sandra was a wonderful host, offering great pantry basics which were excellent on my first night there and allowed me to cook for myself without having to buy much more than main ingredients. Also loved the vintage Christophle cutlery - certainly not something I'd be getting in a serviced apartment.
She was very helpful with directions and had a well thought out local compendium and Sydney guidebooks. Really convenient location right near the train station was also excellent to get to the city.
Have already recommended Sandra as a host to other friends that travel to Sydney often, and I would definitely stay again the next time I travel up there.
Sandra is very nice recommendable host and her apartment is very nice, very stylish, and very comfortable. The location is super convince, closed to the train station, city center and the airport as well. Sandra provide the most privacy and personal space to me, her audio is closed to the apartment so some of time Sandra stay at her studio including sleep there. Anyhow, it is a absolutely great experience I have.

About the Host, Sandra
I'm a photographer living in Sydney. My studio is ten minutes down the road from the apartment where I spend most of my time. I have travelled the world extensively and have kept a blog on this called The World's Best Yoga Centres. As the title indicates my travels have included going to yoga centres all over the world. This has been an amazing experience so far.
I love portrait photography, as it is one way of getting to know a person and allow them to project their dreams, hopes and fears through simply being photographed. It is a very intimate experience.
