I live in Redfern at the well known converted factory The Watertower. The apartment is fabulous and right on Redfern station with spectacular views over Sydney city. This is a smoke free home. There is wifi, air-conditioning if needed, bed linen, towels, full kitchen facility. The building has a swimming pool as well and off street parking.
You will have your own large bedroom and bathroom. Everything is beautifully appointed with crisp white linen and towels. You don't even have to bring your own shampoo.
There is a wonderful pattiserie at the corner of the block that serves great coffee and mouthwatering baked goods.
The CBD is minutes away by train, as is Bondi. This is your five star alternative to a hotel. You won't get your bed made on a daily basis as your room is your sanctuary whilst you are here and your privacy and independence are guaranteed. You are nevertheless provided with much more than a hotel can offer.
You will be sharing just with me and as I work most days fairly much have the place to yourself.
Sorry only one person at a time. Booking in time is 1 pm and booking out time is 12 pm. Sometimes guests arrive head to tail, so generally those times are pretty much it.
Pool and sauna
The Train is right at the door step.
No smoking. Shoes off.
There is a $50 fee if the security key is lost, as this is what it costs to replace it.
I have stayed at Sandra's place twice now and it great, nice and peaceful, great location for local transport, Sydney Uni just down the road with sports facilites. Sandra has everything you need on hand. great place.
It was nice staying again at Sandra's house. It is always a pleasant experience and lovely stay.
Beautiful, apartment. Sandra met me as arranged and showed me around and made me feel welcome, then left me to it. It was like having my own apartment. I managed to get opera tickets so didnt get back til late so our paths didn't cross again. Great location, so easy and quick getting everywhere by train.
I would highly recommended it
Please believe in all the reviews. It was my first time in Sydney and Sandra made it perfect.
I’d highly recommend Sandra’s apartment ;D
Everyone else has raved about Sandra and her gorgeous loft apartment and I agree with it all. So let me tell you about a few other things that I really loved and that set it apart for me . . .
I live in Sydney and booked the apartment so I could do some writing away from my hectic home life. Sandra's place was an ideal creative space, full of beautiful art, books and objet d'art to inspire me. I loved the light from all those fabulous windows, I loved the hustle and bustle of the train station below, I loved the pantry stocked full of amazing loose-leaf tea and the bowl of fresh organic apples left for me.
Sandra has immaculate taste - gorgeous linen on the beds, scented candles, divine furnishings and a guest bathroom stocked with fragrances, hairspray, toothpaste, soap-free body wash and everything you could want (if, like me, you had forgotten to pack a few things!)
I will definitely be running away from home to spend time at The Water Tower again. Thanks Sandra x
Sandra was a wonderful host & the accommodation was outstanding, beautiful & very comfortable...right next to the train (email hidden)ry easy to go anywhere in Sydney. Thanks Sandra.
I met Sandra briefly on my arrival, Sandra was really helpful showing me round the great apartment and she made me feel very welcome. The apartment is in a great location for travel to the city as the railway station is very close. Very comfortable and spacious with all the amenities you require. I had a very pleasant stay and will re-book when i am in Sydney.

I'm a photographer living in Sydney. My studio is ten minutes down the road from the apartment where I spend most of my time. I have travelled the world extensively and have kept a blog on this called The World's Best Yoga Centres. As the title indicates my travels have included going to yoga centres all over the world. This has been an amazing experience so far.
I love portrait photography, as it is one way of getting to know a person and allow them to project their dreams, hopes and fears through simply being photographed. It is a very intimate experience.
