Neighborhood was very clean, convenient parking all the time. I'm so glad we purchased the parking tickets. The home was cozy, better than I thought it would be. I wish the kitchen was larger so I had more space to cook, but it overall did what I needed it to. The walls are thinner than they look, so playing music will have to be limited or none due to the neighbors being able to hear it. Location was very convenient to restaurants, attractions, shopping centers and parties.

Our stay at the Heritage house in Toronto was great. A group of us were there for the World Pride Celebration and the location was fantastic. Linda provided us with everything we needed.
NO NO NO. Worst BNB experience we had all experienced. Dirty hostel style accommodation. We rented the entire apartment for $400 a night and the host came and went while we were there and even spent a night there! The phone continually rang and woke us twice looking for Linda and Lisa (she seems to have 2 names), Linda/Lisa clearly does not know how to divert her home phone to her mobile and in fact spoken English is very poor. It was rented as 4 bedrooms but in fact was only three. Kitchen is just a small bench and not big enough to cook in. Area is bordering on the bad east part of Toronto. The park across the road is full of homeless and syringes. We were walking 2 blocks back from the apartment late in the afternoon and the police on bicycles stopped us and told us not to be in this part of town after dark.
Photos on the BNB are VERY different to reality and don't even show the kitchen that is in the apartment, even shows a washing machine that does not exist!
If you are happy with hostel style accommodation this place is for you but I feel there are many better options in Toronto and this would need to be your last option.
EXCELLENT EMPLACEMENT. TRES SALE. LA PERSONNE QUI NOUS A ACCUEILLIS COUCHE PARFOIS DANS L APPARTEMENT ET C EST TRES PERTURBANT D ENTENDRE DES BRUITS A MINUIT ALORS QUE LA MAISON EST FERMEE. LES PHOTOS SONT EXTREMEMENT TROMPEUSES ET LOIN DE LA REALITE.
QUARTIER DES SDF ET DES PROSTITUEES. CE QUI DONNE DES TAMBOURINEMENTS A LA PORTE EN PLEINE NUIT.
Conveniently located to where we needed to go. There was no couch or area to lounge which was not obvious from the photos/description. The large dinning room table was nice. It was good for our large group, but the house is very loud (when the water turns on, squeaky doors). Flexible with arrival time. The entire place could use an update, but overall it was clean and served our needs.
