Enjoy exclusive access to the 2nd and 3rd floors, with the detached 1st floor unoccupied for privacy. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, off-street parking for two vehicles, and a stand-up arcade for added fun. Located just 5 minutes from Downtown and Northern Kentucky.

The space
Exposed brick walls and the original, 150-year-old hardwood flooring combine beautifully with the house's modern amenities. The master bedroom is located on the 3rd floor and has a queen bed, the 2nd walk-through bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen. The living room, bathroom, and kitchen are located on the second floor. The living room sleeps one on the couch. And for fun, guests can play our multi-arcade, featuring 100s of classic video games and a stock of family board games.

The first floor is unoccupied, so you'll be the only people in the building. The driveway is narrow but fits two vehicles. Since the home is on a busy street, light sleepers may notice some traffic noise. Entering and exiting the driveway may take extra care during peak traffic times.
