About this listing
A penthouse you can call your own personal getaway. Enter our residential building from inside The Cosmopolitan Casino in the heart of the Las Vegas strip.. a tasteful, beautiful feeling, hotspot location with tons of amenities.
The only 3 bedroom apartment on the Las Vegas strip! Skip the hotel and make yourself at home in this spacious condo.
Sleeps 8 adults. One big double bed in each room, plus an "L" shaped couch in the living room which can hold 1 regular sized adult plus a small adult.
Full apartment with living room, and full kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher.
This apartment is not in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. It is attached to the Cosmopolitan Casino complex by elevator to the residential part, Jockey Club Ascot Tower. An apartment with this many bedrooms in the Hotel (if it even existed) would cost thousands per night.
This will not be the same quality as staying in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. People who book this are looking for the space/large number of private bedrooms with a great location and not the modern luxury look and feel.
Direct access to Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino amenities: 2 pools, including Cosmopolitan Hotel Bamboo Pool, 24 hour gym, the only 24 hour hot tub on the tourist part of the strip, BBQ grills, free Cosmopolitan Valet, parking included in the Cosmopolitan garage (do not park in reserved area).
Can provide guest list to night clubs, information about restaurants/night clubs and VIP bottle service.

Safe! No taxis or dark bridges to walk across needed.
Bus stop right out front with frequent service.
Taxis, car service and limos available at Cosmopolitan Hotel valet.
Other Things to Note
There is no view of anything, except the Cosmopolitan Hotel's wall.

Great value for the location. We brought a mixed group of 5, and the apartment suited us perfectly. Nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed. It's not like we spent much time in the apartment anyways.
Nat has such a great suite in the most prime location on the strip! We had a group come to Vegas and he was very helpful every step of the way.
Place was very clean and had a LOT of extra pillows, towels, and whatever you need in the kitchen! Fully equipped kitchen was a great addition rather than getting a normal hotel room.
I highly recommend this suite!
Host definitely made us feel welcome, checked in with us throughout our stay. The place is NOT in the Cosmopolitan, it's adjacent and about a 5 minute walk to the casino from your room. You don't have the same class of people at this building as you do at the Cosmo, a little sketchy if you will. The pics are as advertised however the place looks like it hasn't been upgraded since 1975. I'm no interior decorator, that's for sure. But I said it looks like Ace Rothstein's bedroom from Casino. There's only one TV in the place, it's in the master bedroom, and it's not even a flat screen. You would think there would be a TV in the living room so you and your buddies can watch TV while having a cocktail or 39. There was ample glassware, plates, etc. Also, it's not cleaned everyday so don't make a mess the first day or you're stuck. The pool in the hotel has a big net above it so plan on laying out at the Cosmo if you don't want a weird tan. They have free popcorn in the lobby which is a nice touch. The view sucks, you only see the middle of the Cosmo. Then again, you're in Vegas and if you're spending a lot of time in your room, you're either a boring person or bringing in a ton of hookers. No room safe either. There is wi-fi but it's slow as a dial up modem. You're better off with 4G because you CONSTANTLY get kicked off the wi-fi.
I should have never rented to this person. I should have trusted my instincts, instead of my greed, when I saw his profile. I am getting a second television put in the unit as a result of this review, however who comes to Vegas to watch television?
Ultimately, my experience tells me that the real reason he's upset is because he rented a three bedroom but could only get 1 person to come to Vegas with and so there was a wasted bedroom and he probably felt like he was wasting money versus renting a two bedroom. So even though the value for this 3 bedroom versus the price of it is great, he could only focus on the one third he was losing by not using that bedroom. If he would have paid more attention and read the entire listing before booking he would have seen that it is not technically in the cosmopolitan, nor is anyone saying it is. Some of his complaints do not even make sense, because he is saying that it looks like the pictures and yet he does not like the decor… Then why did he book it?
He tells me privately that what he loved about the listing was the location, but complains that is not technically inside the Cosmopolitan. Some people find the negative no matter what the situation. This guy is a little sketchy.
After reading through the lengthy message we made it through the maze to finally get to the room where we were very disappointed. The apartment is very run down, gloomy, dreary and probably hasn't been touch since it was built. The 3rd bedrooms mattress was basically springs. Floor tiles were cracked and loose. Marks all over the walls.
We only stayed for 1 night then moved to a different hotel as it was so depressing to stay there. The host didn't refund any money to us which was very disappointing as we paid for 5 nights. I wouldn't recommend to stay here, your much better off in a cheap hotel. Beware!
