Great inn for skiing since it is very close to Mt. Ellen base at Sugarbush. I had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this inn to others.
Excellent food, amazing guests, wonderful rooms, at a reasonable price. The location was awesome for the weekend, an half hour ride to many hiking spots in the region. I would go back anytime!
This was a proper B+B and just delightful. Bob greeted me and made me feel welcome. When I wanted to change rooms, he was completely accommodating. The room was clean and sweetly decorated. The breakfast in the morning, prepared by Allan, was delicious, varied, and plentiful. I would certainly stay again.
This a wonderful four season inn with great food, nice common spaces and an excellent breakfast. We had a nicely appointed room, that had a very clean bathroom. The Inn was reasonably near restaurants and other activities. We enjoyed the baked goods and coffee that was always available;
Great place to stay! The B&B is cute and quaint and super close to Sugarbush resort. We attended a wedding nearby and came in late and Bob and Allen were super accommodating. And, the breakfast was delicious! Home-made cinnamon buns and decadent spinach egg tarts. Bob and Allen were very friendly and we really enjoyed staying here :-)
This was a most delightful place, definitely away from the big cities! The fireplace room was fantastic...no need to go to your room, just sleep right there. The breakfast was "to die for"...enough food so you could ignore lunch that day! Allen (the cook) made up some amazing dishes and Bob gave us continuous input on the Waitsfield area. This is a perfect destination for a winter skiing weekend, with the slopes "just across the street".
