The wiFi was upgraded and so if it wasn't working you did not inform me at the time as maybe I could have done something. There are plenty of lamps around - it was a conscious choice to have lamps rather than ceiling lights (apart from the bathroom) to set the scene and ambience in the Rural Log Cabin. There is an electric wall heater in the bedroom which actually overheats the room, there is an electric fire in the lounge area which heats the whole area up in 5 minutes and there is a electric towel rail in bathroom. I have had people stay in there in February of this year when we had snow and not had any feedback like this.
Furthermore, you mentioned about it being dark when you arrived - I provide full detailed instructions of how to find us - there are security lights outside but yes - we are rural and so perhaps country living isn't for you. They road at that time of night is silent so I'm surprised on your comment regarding it being stressful. Finally when you called me you were quoting a completely different address that you had entered into your Sat Nav - I cannot be responsible for you failing to follow instructions. You did not read the cabin instruction booklet which clearly talks about fire safety and prevention and as a result you left it on both days with lights and heating on at full blast - the cabin could have burned down! Your feedback doesn't resonate with the excellent feedback I have received in the past - clearly rural, country living does not suit you!
