This bright and spacious apartment is perfect for up to 2 guests, friends, or couples willing to have an authentic Parisian experience. The apartment is ideally situated in the Latin Quarter, which is a very lively and culturally rich area. There are also many cafes, bars, restaurants, and key attractions to visit. The apartment has all the essentials required for your comfort during your stay!

The cosy living area has a sofa and a shelf of good reads!

The adjoined kitchen and dining table are great for social cooking and eating together. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. Cooking utensils and kitchenware are also provided.

The bedroom comes with a double bed that will be made with good quality linen and desk space.

The bathroom comes with a shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer.

Please note that this building does not have an elevator, and therefore, it and the flat are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Our home is located conveniently in the 5th Arrondissement. Key pickup is within a 10-minute walk, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest!

Other things to note
A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

It is located in a small building dating from the eighteenth century. Its typical staircase will take you to the 4th floor and you will immediately appreciate the brightness and its atmosphere that's both cozy and warm, thanks to its stone walls and wooden beams.

Along with the Marais, Saint-Germain-des-Prés and Montmartre, the Latin quarter is surely one of the most popular destinations from all over the French capital! It's in this historic quarter of the 5th and 6th arrondissements, on the left bank of the Seine, that you can find one of the most famous universities in France, the Sorbonne.

You can visit its 17th-century chapel, where the Cardinal Richelieu's tomb lies. This incredible proliferation of art and culture, with university establishments, grandes écoles, old bookshops and art galleries, is what gives the place such a special atmosphere. Here, residents, students and tourists rub shoulders all year round in a bustling environment! After a relaxing break or spot of shopping in one of the many cafes, restaurants and shops on the Boulevard Saint-Michel, you can set off to explore the beautiful sites in the Latin quarter, and there's no shortage of them!
