This is a charming and spacious bedroom right in the middle of Williamsburg.
I have INSTANT BOOK so there is no need to ask if the place is available. If it is free on the calendar then it is free for booking.
The room measures 15' x 11' so is a very generous space. Queen size bed.
Very secure with a locked door.
There is complimentary tea and coffee to get you going in the mornings and a mini fridge in the hallway. The bathroom will be shared with 1 other room. We clean the bathroom regularly and make sure that our guests are well looked after. This place really is right where you want to be in Williamsburg.

Interaction with Guests
We share the space downstairs
and are always out and about. We're very happy to meet new people and give good advice about exploring the city. I also believe that you'll just want us out of the way so you can enjoy your stay in Brooklyn. As a matter of security, I also ask that you fill your profile out fully and add a picture before inquiring about a stay. I do not accept bookings from blank profiles. Thanks!
Williamsburg is a wonderful neighborhood. I've lived here for about 20 years and have seen it morph from an interesting backwater to the modern exciting area it is now. There are tons of great bars and cafes and restaurants close to us including Diner, Marlow and sons and Lucky dog bar to name but a couple. We're about 3 blocks from the water where you can catch a picturesque ferry ride to manhattan.
Subways are a few blocks walk away and there is lots of street parking available.
There are basketball hoops on the next block as well as a children's playground.
The L and JMZ trains are a few minutes walk away, both are the 1st stops in Brooklyn. There is free parking on the street and ferries to Manhattan are close by. Bus service right on Bedford ave.
The taxi ride from JFK will be about $40. From LaGuardia it's about $25. There is also a train service from JFK airport which takes about an hour and costs about $7.
We keep a tidy house and would like it to be returned in the same shape as you find it. Please be considerate of the neighbors and be quiet and low key. We appreciate peace and quiet from our guests.
No smoking .
No guests of guests.
Since we have painted floors we have a 'no shoes policy' in the rooms
We had a Great stay. Ken and his Family are Nice People . Room was clean, the bed confortable. The Place is close to evrything!
I stayed with Kenneth for almost a week and it was just perfect!! I would recommend it to everybody to stay there!
Kenneth and his family are really really nice, very friendly and extremely helpful. The communication was perfect and without any complications. They gave us good advice concerning the neighborhood, chatted with us a little when we wanted to and gave us all the privacy we needed. They are such a nice family!
The room and bathroom were really clean, nice and pretty and I slept very well.
The location is very good as well! Williamsburg is a charming neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes and with the L or JMZ trains you are in Manhattan in no time! You need to walk to the trainstations for about 8-10 minutes (depending on how fast you walk) but that didn't bother us at all! Also there is a small supermarket about 1 minute away so that's great as well.
I would stay there again any time!
This was a beautiful place to stay! Kenneth was very kind and welcoming and the place was just as it looks. The bed was extremely comfortable, I got great sleep! Also they were so kind and flexible with us and really accommodated our needs. The neighborhood is beautiful and there are plenty of places to hang out around there. Thanks very much for having us!
The bedroom was exactly as described and looked exactly like the pics. The bed was extremely comfy after a long day out.
Communication was a little lax, not super prompt or anything.
Since the busier months are approaching for them. It seems as if their turnover is constant. As I arrived I saw two girls leaving on top of other suitcases waiting in the front. Which I ended up having to do as well since I arrived early. They seem very strict with their 2pm check in and check out times. Which can be understood since this is such a popular space.
Overall, beautiful, clean room and bathroom.
But I would not stay again.
