Spacious lake house with THE BEST views! Private lot with large saltwater pool and hot tub overlooking the lake. Paddleboards & canoe included. House includes access to dock located in a quiet cove. Plenty of living space to spread out. Every bedroom has a comfy king bed and TV. Each level has a full working kitchen and laundry room. Upstairs living room has big, wood burning fireplace and 65” TV.
Hot tub open year round.
Pool open seasonally.

The space
The house sits on over two acres and overlooks a quiet cove on Lake Lanier. The views year round are gorgeous!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the property and home. Boat dock is available to guest during stay- sun bathe, fish or bring your boat and dock it in the extra slip.

Please note that there are steps to go down in order to get to the pool area.

Other things to note
The hot tub is open year round. Pool closes seasonally.

Guests are not able to use the pool heater. Due to the size of the pool, location and climate in GA- I cannot guarantee the temperature of the pool water during your stay.
