We reallly liked the location -- an up and coming neighborhood with lots of interesting bars and restaurants.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. The loft bedroom has skylights, so is quite bright in the morning. You might want to bring a sleep mask.
The basement bedroom has the dehumidifier. I strongly recommend that you empty this every day. If you wait until it's full, no matter haw careful you are, you're probably going to end up with soaked trousers..
No washcloths were provided, so bring your own.
Great stay at a lovely place!
Nice place and great time!
I had an excellent stay at Jason's townhouse! He made everything so seamless - thank you for providing a comprehensive house manual and for working with me on my arrival. Fantastic townhouse - super neat and clean. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to the Bay.
This is the second time I've stayed at Jason's place and cannot stress how highly I recommend it. It's in walking distance of one of the best coffee shops (Sight Glass), the BART, and downtown. I don't even look at other locations when staying in SF anymore but check to see if Jason's place is available first.
Great place, good location, clean, organized, and had everything we needed!
Our stay was nice, the apartment is great and Jason was very responsive. During our stay we had problems with the Internet connection but Jason was very helpful and tried to fix it. Communication was perfect and with the house manual we had everything we needed to know.
Great condo for the price. Good location, and nice kitchen and bathroom. I recommend this place.
The place was a great base for our stay in SF. We had 5 of us that fit comfortably. All amenities provided and Jason's manual was comprehensive so the stay was easy and we didn't have any questions. The few times I contacted Jason I always got quick replies. Car parking space was very handy, we also used UBER and never had to wait more than 3 or 4 minutes for a car. We loved out time in SF, thanks for a great stay!
We had 6 nights at Jason's loft in January 2014. It had everything we needed and the location was fantastic. So convenient to have a car space! The house manual compiled by Jason was detailed and extremely helpful. I emailed Jason with a question prior to our stay and he replied immediately with some great advice. Everything was perfect during our stay so I never had another need to contact him - so easy!
Definitely a lot of homeless people around SoMa but we felt very safe, even with a 10 week old baby! Fantastic restaurants and cafes nearby. Highly recommend Sightglass for "real" coffee, Pinkie's bakery, Citizen's Band for dinner, and bit further down the road Dottie's True Blue Cafe for breakfast.
