This 4 B/R home is located in a new, quiet gated community. The home has been recently furnished and features an excellent club house with heated swimming pools, spas, BBQ grills, etc.

The home is perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway, a week vacation, or a month long stay.
This area is located ½ mile off US 60, 2 Miles from light rail, 4 miles from Loop 101, Downtown Mesa and the Loop 202.

Please note: the clubhouse may or may not be open due to COVID-19 restrictions.

This listing is for the entire home, including the fenced in backyard with patio area and community club house. This is a newer community and the town home is connected to other residential homes. GATHERINGS AND PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and what it has to offer.

The home is 1800 square feet with high ceilings and has been recently furnished. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. There is off-street parking available for up to 2 cars (both garaged).

There are up to 5 separate sleeping areas.
- Master suite with king-size bed and attached full bathroom w/ shower (main floor)
- 2nd Master suite with king-size bed and attached full bathroom w/ shower (second floor)
- Two private bedrooms with queen size beds (second floor)
- Living room with a queen size sofa bed (main floor)

There are 3 and half bathrooms, a fully stocked laundry closet, as well as a large kitchen and dining area. (Children`s supplies such as high chair, pack n play, and booster seat available for rent: $3/day per item ($25 minimum)

There are 2 televisions in the home, (1) 50" in the living room and (1) 40" in 2nd master suite upstairs.

The community clubhouse is a short walk away and features 7,000+ sq. ft. with a movie theater, a pool table room, a gourmet kitchen, great room, and a full 24 hr. fitness gym. The grounds of the club house have several gas grills areas for cook outs, two huge heated swimming pools, two in ground spas, and two playground areas. 6 maximum guests per household in the pool area.

***Please let us know if you have pets. Pets (dogs only) are welcome to stay here, but we do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. A per pet fee of $40 for up to a week long stay, $125/month applies (plus tax). Guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.

High chair, pack n play, and booster seat available for rent: $3/day per item per day plus a $20 delivery charge plus tax.

This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $350, tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.

If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest, this home is a great base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on, and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

Married. Entrepreneurial. I was born and raised a South Dakota farm girl. Graduate of Augsburg College in Minneapolis. Escaped the snow and cows by moving to Phoenix. Jon is from small town Indiana, in fact it's THE small town that John Cougar Mellencamp sings about in "Small Town." We've each been down in AZ almost 15 years, but are Midwest kids at heart. We have 2 older dogs: Ringo, an Australian Cattle Dog, and Roxy, a Heinz 57 who got more beauty than brains. And finally, our son River rounded out the family in 2016. I am a bit of a domestic fanatic, and love to show off my domestic skills in the places that we manage for others. I have always had dreams of owning a bed and breakfast. AirBNB is my way to do that. Jon, is an entrepreneur. After helping me with our own AirBNB homes for years, he started a vacation rental management business and now manages most of the homes on our account. Both of us respond to requests from guests, so you may speak with him or me in messages, by phone, or by email if you decide to book with us. When we aren't working, we both enjoy working out, camping, mountain biking, travelling, and spending time with friends. We aren't big partiers anymore, and we are a pretty mellow couple, so our house is fairly quiet and drama free. :-) Amanda's favorite travels to date have been Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands, and a couple weekends to London. My most embarrassing "lost in translation" moment was when I told my hosts in Ecuador that my legs were sore because I rode a "caballero" for 4 hours. After the shock wore off, they realized I meant "caballo," but it was too late.... If you don't speak Spanish, look up those two words. The difference is small, but significant. Jon enjoyed visiting parts of Japan that many don't have the privilege to see as well as white-water rafting the Pacuare River in Costa Rica. Thanks for reading our long bio.
