A home from home. This bright, spacious home is situated on an elevated site with panoramic views of the West Clare countryside. Ideal for families and groups of friends. A perfect base for exploring the West of Ireland. The seaside town of Kilkee is a 4km drive away, and Doonbeg and the sandy beaches of Doughmore Bay are 6.5km in the opposite direction.
Once inside the house you will find a large open plan living area consisting of a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a sitting area (seats 9) which has a multi-fuel stove.
Also in the area are the Loop Head Peninsula, dolphin spotting near Carrigaholt, golf courses at Trump International Doonbeg and Lahinch, and the wonderful Cliffs of Moher. An excellent holiday home for everyone in your party.

The space
Hilltop Haven has been described as an ideal place to relax and unwind. You can sit in the large open plan living/dining area and look out over Tullaher Bog. This is a rare bog with unique flora and fauna. If you feel active, you can challenge yourself by doing the 20km looped Tullaher Walk.

The house is situated on a large site and there is ample room for children to play. It is an ideal family location as you are in the countryside but only a short drive from lovely beaches.

There are excellent walks nearby. The famous Kilkee Cliff Walk & George's Headland.

The house is situated in the West Clare countryside, and it is only a short drive to Kilkee, Doonbeg and the larger commercial town of Kilrush. It is a great place to unwind and relax. Hilltop Haven has a large, bright open plan living room with a huge window to appreciate the rugged landscape of West Clare. The house overlooks Tullaher Bog.
Read a book or listen to music. Go for walks and visit St. Senan's Altar and the local mass rock. Enjoy the wonderful wild flowers that grow along the roadside.

I was born and reared in Clare, but I now live in Meath. Hilltop Haven is our holiday home in West Clare. We love spending time there. It is a very relaxing place and we love going for long walks along the cliffs or strolling on Doughmore Beach. I decided to share our holiday home with others because we have not been able to spend a lot of time there recently. It's a pity to have it unoccupied.
