Newly renovated 130m2 Deluxe Beachfront Apartment Klara housed in a Austro-Hungarian villa dating from 1906. 20m to the sea, 300m to the old town of Lovran. Art Deco and Bauhaus design and art objects combined with modern luxury. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with bath and bidet and free toiletries, all rooms air conditioned, flat TV screen, WIFI, dishwasher and washing machine, 2 big sun terraces, barbecue facilities, garden with eco fruit and vegetables. 100m distance free parking space.

The apartment is situated in historic villa, designed by Italian architect Attilio Maguolo. Villa was built in 1906. Deluxe Beachfront Apartment Klara was fully renovated in 2018. It is very spacious, it has 3 spacious bedrooms, big kitchen, dining room (conference room), living room, 2 bathrooms, big hallway, 2 big terraces and a garden. Up to 6 people.

The apartment surrounded with the sea and green nature has positive energy flow and it is a great place to enjoy and relax all year long.
