The flat is a two bedroom, one bath 80 square meters (860 square feet), extremely bright and spacious. Feel free to relax in the hammock while enjoying a glass of caipirinha or reading a book. The walls are filled with street art from all over the world and nice photographs.

On Sundays, there is a bike lane connecting Avenida Indianópolis ( one parallel to Av. Ceci, where I am located) to Ibirapuera Park, Villa Lobos Park, Avenida Paulista and downtown. It's a great opportunity for you to get to know the city ( I can provide you info on how to rent bikes).
There's a direct bus from home to Congonhas Airport, taxis are also very easy to catch. If you are coming from the International Airport, I will be glad to give you options to reach the apartment according to your budget ( the international airport is located 25 km from the city).
It takes about 25 minutes from the flat to Avenida Paulista ( the heart of the city) by subway. Every guest receives a FGP "Fabi's Guest Package" which includes: Subway map, city map, neighborhood map with local businesses and a TIME OUT Magazine - São Paulo edition - in English.
Every Thursday there's a a big farmer's market right in front of the building. You will have by your door fresh vegetables, fruits and local delicacies. Tip: bargaining is mandatory and expected in a Brazilian farmer's market.
The building has doormen 24/7 and surveillance cameras. It's pretty safe!
