Awesome Huge Hip Loft in the Trendy Wynwood Art District! Warehouse loft for artists and art enthusiasts with plenty of cool new bars, boutiques, clubs and amazing restaurants nearby. And in the best and very popular art district in the United States

The Space

Welcome to our photography studio and loft located in Midtown Miami in the Wynwood Arts District.

This is the perfect blend of an artist's loft and studio living. All wooden floors, 12' ceilings, and 1500 sq/ft of open space makes this a unique spot for your stay in Miami.

This is no "doorman" kinda hotel with limos pulling up front. This is the kind of place to stay at when you want to experience the lifestyle of an artist, musician, filmmaker, dancer, fashion designer, or just as an intimate fan of the art community.

Since this is in an artist's warehouse you will hear the sounds of the city. You will hear music from the neighbors. You will hear all the things that make a city a city (which provides the inspiration we LOVE).

DESCRIPTION: The loft has two bedrooms, one private and one semi-enclosed. The private bedroom has exposed brick and a modern queen platform bed. The second bedroom is hidden in the rear corner of the loft. The partially concealed bedroom has a queen loft bed (inspired by fellow artists in Williamsburg Brooklyn).

For your dining, there is a modern dining room table that can easily accommodate up to eight guests.

The living area has three comfortable sofas including a faux-leather futon sleeper/sofa and a queen futon sleeper.

For your entertainment we have a 42" HDTV (Netflix, Hulu), DVD Player, Nintendo Wii.

The kitchen is fully-stocked with a large industrial sink, oven, refrigerator, microwave, chopping/prep station, pots, pan, and dishes, and coffee maker.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and of course fresh linens will be provided for every guest.

It is important to note that the apartment is situated in a creative but still urban & industrial neighborhood, which we love, but is not for everybody. There are a few little quirks, (light vibration on living room floor and wooden floors that pick up the sounds in the building) that make it unique but can be bothersome to others.

Guest Access

There is free parking, coin-operated washer & dryer in building, Free WiFi, dvd, hdtv, clean linens & towels.

Interaction with Guests

We are easily reachable through phone, text or email.

We love sharing our experiences in Miami and offering any tips and advice on places to visit, dine, or just good parking.

The Neighborhood

The Wynwood Art District is home to over 70 Art Galleries, Retail Stores, Antique Shops, Eclectic Bars, and one of the largest open-air street-art installations in the world... one of the largest and most prominent creative communities in the United States.

Taking over what used to be the warehouse and manufacturing district of Greater Miami, developers have rehabilitated neglected warehouses, shuttered factories, and other unused buildings, transforming them into numerous art complexes, galleries, performing art spaces, restaurants, cafes, and other creative businesses that are seen here today.

With the introduction of the Second Saturday Art Walk in the District and the arrival of the Art Basel fair in 2002, Wynwood has seen some unexpected growth in a relatively short period of time as it gets more attention by the locals as the go-to place for an alternative and more cultural nightlife in the City of Miami.

Getting around

We recommend having your own transportation. You can find taxis and buses in the area, but getting around is much easier with your own car.

Located only 5 miles from South Beach, 1 mile from downtown, 7 miles from the airport, and right in the heart of Midtown Miami, this is the perfect location

  • The Loft was awesome to say the least! The entire vibe of the place was really great and perfect for what we were filming. I would definitely recommend it. Even for just visiting, it's a great place to just hang out and relax!

  • The host's are very nice and helpful. The loft is great, too. The furnishing is beautiful, there are many interesting details from the host's. The Location is also very nice, you can reach everything easily by car or by the metromover there is a station 10 minutes away. Wynwood is a very colorful part of Miami. So all in all the loft and the location are great and we would stay definitely again.

  • Good apartment, Greg was so helpfull and comunicative with me and my friends. Our unic claim is about the neighborhood, that was a little bit scary, some strange people near by the unit.

  • A gem of a place, Mariea and Greg have put considerable effort into creating a well appointed, multi use space. When not out exploring greater Miami, we were thoroughly accommodated by the open floor plan, cook friendly kitchen, entertainment nook, and corner bar. Complements all around from our group of seven.

  • Great space and great hosts. We had a fantastic stay in the Greg ad Mariea's loft. Just as pictured a generous space with a creatively put together interior. Perfect for exploring Wynwood / Downtown Miami and more. We would definitely recommend a stay here to others.

Meet G + M G reg is a photographer, hasn't traveled much but is open minded. He's skin burns easy, hair is kinda unruly, has his own quirky fashion sense, or its called clueless. He loves junk food and treats broccoli like its from outer space. He takes pictures of the beautiful and doesn't like to have his picture taken. He is creative and sarcastic which makes everything a bit more interesting. M ariea is a / fashion designer/ artist enjoys playing dress up. She has high level of melanocytes so she has yet to experience a sunburn, hair resembles Pocahontas, enjoys guys that dress quirky, has the "worst" taste in junk food (or so G says so) its more green then donuts. She has become use to the camera thanks to dating a photographer that never seems to have a model around when he needs one. She too is creative and sarcastic... ... together they are Pinky & the Brain. & they conquer the world.. . one vacation at a time :)
