The location was perfect and the flat was spacious. Marzia arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport too. If you don't mind a lack of air-conditioning you will love this airbnb.
Pictures are accurate. Nice place, nice location, be aware there's no AC! In summer when you have to leave the windows open and it can get quite noisy. Marzie was nice enough to provide us with an extra fan but it was quite hot.Fabio received us at he airport and give us a ride in the middle little dr and he was quite hospitable and helpful. Saw Marzie for only if you minutes but she was easily accessible by messages.wi-Fi is weak.overall, I loved the neighborhood and visiting the market everyday for fresh fruit. Great bakery and best pizza just 2 minutes away. Can't wait to go back!
Marzia is a great professional host. She was flexible on arrival time and and was very easy to reach throughout the stay too. I don't really get the extra money policy to use the kitchen. We didn't want to use it, but because it was pretty warm Marzia recommended to keep the kitchen open anyway without any extra costs, but this meant that breakfast wasn't offered anymore. The location is superb to explore the city if you don't mind the noise of the piazza.
This experience was not only renting a flat for three days but also a start to a good friendship as well. Fabio was so kind And helpful. He made nice reccomendations for places to visit and eat as well. So doesnt matter which appartment you choosed from them, you will have a nice contact in Rome.
And for the flat... Nice for two couples. Although there is another room, I dont think that it is comfortable for more. Beds are ok. Whole flat is clean.
The location is very nice but if you are looking for silence, it is not the best alternative. The area is full of bars open until 3 a.m. and preperations for the flower bazaar starts around 7 a.m.
But... You are there to see and to live the city And you can live with this noise for three days.
Marzia was very informative and helpful with our stay and got back to us very quickly when we had any queries. It was nice that a cab service can be organised to take us from and to the airport as well. The only problem is there is no living room in the apartment but the main bedroom was large enough to accomodate this.
We were charged a late check in fee which was not informed beforehand but we did manage to get free wifi and discount to a couple of the restaurants below.
The area was very lively so for those who are light sleepers will find it a problem. We didn't have any problems with this and found the area to be very central and walkable to all the sights of Rome.

About the Host, Marzia
Adoro ballare, viaggiare e camminare.
