About this listing
Located right in Kreuzberg and two minutes from the international, multi-cultural and lively famous Oranienstrasse, the room is very quiet, at the end of a large apartment with a nice view over typical Berlin backyards.
The guest room is 25-m2 in size and is located on a 150-m2 large apartment opposite the bathroom. It is newly renovated (June 2013), has a new 1.60 m wide bed with new mattress, wardrobe, TV, sofa and a dining table with chairs. It is also equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, kettle, crockery, coffee, tea, and a small refrigerator, so that you prepare your own meals/breakfast if you want.
The flat (where the rental room is located) is in a very peaceful neighbourhood, and in the morning guests might even be awakened by a real cock crowing since there is a farm very nearby.
Although this is an idyllic setting, the accommodation is actually very close to the typical Berlin district of Kreuzberg, which is home to the famous street “Oranienstraße” with its numerous bars, restaurants, small terraces and international cuisine. In just a short stroll visitors can reach the famous bars „Sage-Club“, „Kater Holzig“, "SO36", "Berghain" and more.
Smoking is allowed. Arrival and departure is flexible, if the room is not booked same day. Then: Check out please at 11 a.m., arrival not before 12 a.m.
Guests have their own bathroom (see pictures).

Beside that: Please don't bring other people in my house, especially not over night! And please turn off any file-sharing software and do not stream movies on your internet connection, it's very expensive in Germany and I have to charge you...
The room looks exactly as the pictures. Everything was extremely clean and I had everything I needed. The neighborhood is safe and full of night-life. Even though Gabriele wasn't there while I was, she made sure I was okay. All together a wonderful stay in her flat.
Staying in Gabriele's studio was great. There is lots of space and I felt quite at home. I woke up to chirping birds and the sound of rustling leaves. The shared bathroom was also very spacious. The locations is also very convenient. The train is about a 5 minute walk away and the surrounding Kruezberg area offers many cafés, restaurants and bars. My favorite place, Mundvoll, was within half a block of the apartment. I had breakfast here almost every morning. Gabriele was also a very lovely person. She's a very attentive host and stay here again.
Gabriele has a beautiful home. The place is perfect. There are restaurants, parks and to many thing to do. She is so frinedly and gentle! Definitly i recommend this home, you will stay so comfortable.
Gabriele hatte unsere Ankunft gut organisiert.
Comfortable bed, fantastic location--right in the heart of X-berg. I slept here the night of May 1--outside the partying went on without me and I heard nothing--cozy in the back courtyard.
Gabriele is thoughtful and attentive (she responded to my messages immediately) and keeps everything clean and tidy. My room was equipped with a microwave and a coffee maker and water boiler and fridge, so I had all I needed (was out eating street food, mostly). It was a good stay and I highly recommend Gabriele's rooms.
