Peace and quiet

Guests say this home is in a quiet area.

Dedicated workspace

A common area with wifi that’s well-suited for working.
Our beautiful cabin sits in Clarksville on 6 private acres, close to major ATV and snowmobile trails, as well as the Hurlburt Nature Conservancy Area. We are minutes from Lake Francis and the Connecticut Lakes in NH's northernmost town, Pittsburg. While by no means primitive, our cabin is simple and rustic, and...in the woods. You may be visited by rabbits and coyote, or even a moose or deer grazing early in the morning. You may have the occasional cobweb, fly, swollen door, or sticky evening.

The space
The cabin has a living room, first floor bedroom, loft, galley kitchen with all standard amenities, and a 3-piece bath. All linens for bed and bath are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric range and oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, blender, and 2 small refrigerators. Pots, pans, plates, eating utensils are also provided, as well as basic sundry items.

A small flatscreen TV for DVD viewing is available. There is no cell service, however, we do have Wifi; you can make calls from the cabin using FaceTime audio or video if you have an iPhone.

There is a fire pit with grate as well as a small portable grate available to you, two nylon hammocks, lawn games, board games, books, and two benches to enjoy the porch and the apple trees.

A food bowl, dog bed, and long lead line are provided for your pet!

Guest access
The cabin and its 6 acres are all yours during your stay. There is plenty of room on the lawn for multiple vehicles and/or trailers for your various toys.

AirBnB will provide you with the itinerary, including our detailed directions, upon confirmation of your reservation.

Other things to note
**Please keep in mind that our cabin is located on an unimproved trail. You may need a four-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle (depending on the season).

**While ATV and snowmobile trails are plentiful in the area, this cabin is not directly on the trails. We are just minutes away from access points.

**Don't forget that Fall foliage comes early to North Country...somewhere within the second or third week of September, so don't miss it

**Please note that you are absolutely welcome to bring along your dog. We have dog bowls, a big dog bed, and an extra-long lead line for exploring the great outdoors! Any pet-related damage or waste not picked up will result in additional charges.

I first joined AirBnB to seek out more personal and unique travel accommodations that were a better value for my money than hotel chains. In my first year, I stayed at five different places and fell in love with the concept. In 2013 I opened my first listing. I enjoy creating a warm, welcoming, and safe space for my guests and have met wonderful and interesting people.
