Classic Cape Cod experience in an exceptional location! Directly next to the Wings Neck Lighthouse. Spectacular views of ocean, lighthouse, shipping, sunsets from all sides. Seasonal guest house is a casual way enjoy the expansive Atlantic. Get away from it all and enjoy the ocean breeze. Kitchen/living area down and sleeping area up. Fully outfitted with everything needed to relax. A quiet, child friendly neighborhood. Amazing views. Private beach. Late to the rental season/priced to fill

The space
This cottage is on the property of the Wings Neck Lighthouse - a former working US lighthouse. This summer/guest house is surrounded on three sides by water and is situated on the West end of the Cape Cod Canal overlooking the Nantucket Sound and the expansive Atlantic Ocean. The first floor is the living space with a kitchen, small dining area, breakfast bar and living room with pull out sofa, TV etc. Upstairs is the sleeping loft with beds for 5. Sleep at night with just the sounds of the waves and the bouys. There is a full bath on the first floor and an outside shower (enclosed). Numerous improvements recently completed including interior paint, bathroom updates, new electrical panel. This house is unique and charming with exceptional views. A true Cape Cod cottage - cute, relaxed and comfortable with million dollar views.

This house is a guest cottage on the Wings Neck Lighthouse property. It sits directly across the street from the Wings Neck Lighthouse and is part of the Lighthouse Point community. A quiet private community with a private beach. The small town of Pocasset is three miles away and has a pizza place, breakfast/lunch café, gas station, hardware store, etc.
