Patrizza's apartment is a little italian villa oasis. It's just steps to the park and was a beautiful, comfortable place to rest tired heads at the end of the day. She was responsive, welcoming and added extra touches to make us feel taken care of. I would absolutely recommend staying here!
I can't say enough about how warm and gracious Patrizza is with her guest. I liked her at 1st glance. She has taken great care in providing a wonderful place for her guest.
When she asked what brought me to NYC (my birthday), she took me out to dinner and bought me a wonderful gift.
The neighborhood, location, steps to a beautiful park and subway are a few of the reason you should make this your 1st stop in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
Where do I begin? This has got to be the most beautiful apartment I have seen. The interior is just absolutely gorgeous and CLEAN! The pictures don't do this place justice, I was blown away in person at how beautiful of a space this is, not to mention being located in one of the most desirable places in Brooklyn. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars, metro stations, and across the street from Prospect Park.
Patrizza was such an awesome host, she gave me a tour of the neighborhood, as well as the apt, and went over some fun places for me to check out and do while I was in the area. She also ensured the entire place was clean and when I say clean, it was immaculate when I walked in. Not to mention the beautiful decor all around the apartment. Plenty of towels and all the essentials are provided and she even left us some tea to enjoy. Patrizza has done a really amazing job of creating this beautiful space that makes you feel like you are somewhere in Tuscany =) I would definitely 100% come back to stay here and plan to do so in the future. After a long hectic week in Manhattan, I was able to enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable weekend in Brooklyn thanks to Patrizza!!
I've never had a bad experience with Airbnb, but I've had a best experience: Patrizza's place in Park Slope was perfect. Her professionalism and hospitality were remarkable, the apartment was beautifully furnished and decorated, the location is right on Prospect Park, and the nearest station is less than five minutes walk from her door.
Patrizzas place is amazing! Super clean and has a very cool design that makes you feel like you are staying somewhere very unique and special. Patrizza is a also a great host and is very communicative! She gave me some great tips for the neighborhood.
We had a wonderful stay at Patrizza's beautiful apartment. The photos do not do it justice, it is really stunning! Patrizza was extremely communicative and even brought us a bag of fruit on arrival - so thoughtful! I was concerned about having air conditioning and it was all set up and ready to go which was great. The apartment was very comfortable and we did not have any issues. Patrizza checked in with us throughout our stay and I really felt that I could contact her for anything, even though I didn't need to. Overall this was a wonderful experince and we would stay there again. I would highly recommend Patrizza's apartment!
We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely apartment for 4 nights. While on the smaller size, Patrizza did a remarkable job of maximizing the space and creating an inviting workable flow. The décor is stunning with many creative artistic touches. The location was perfect for us, just blocks away from our grandchildren (which was the purpose of this trip). Patrizza was a gracious host and met us at the apartment to give us an overview of the amenities.
