Buon appartamento in manhattan, 10 min a piedi dalla metro piu vicina (linea 6).
Ok per 5 persone, pulito ma u po rumoroso. Tutto sommato è ok.
Maria è molto veloce a rispondere alle domande.
Maria's place is a wonderful value and really nice place. Five of us fit just fine. The beds are outstanding, the water pressure in the shower is fantastic (hot water takes a bit of time to get going, then is great), and the living area is cozy and comfortable. The location is wonderful--about a 15 minute walk to Central Park, and 10-12 minute walk to the nearest subway. There is a health food store across the street and several deli's nearby to purchase your own groceries. The kitchen is tiny, as is common in New York, but well equipped. The air conditioners were a blessing as the temps were in the upper 80s and humid during our June stay. We stayed cool in the apartment. The neighborhood is nice, with many restaurants, and we enjoyed being away from the tourist/hotel areas. It is somewhat noisy, in a typical NYC way, but not overly so. The white noise from the AC helped muffle the city sounds below and some of us used earplugs at night. When we had a minor glitch with the cable TV Maria was very responsive and helped solve the problem over the phone. All in all we had a fantastic time and would stay here again!
Good-sized flat. Clean, modern and very comfortable beds. Maria was happy to let us have the flat earlier than the usual check-in. Good communication with her when needed. Would recommend and stay again.
Good apartment very comfortable mattress towels and sheets, sleeps us four adults perfectly. 15 min walk to the nearest subway. The host is very responsive and solve our problem quickly. Thanks Maria!
Stayed here for 4 days with my parents who were visiting from abroad. I asked a few days earlier if we could check in an hour before the actual check in time since their flight got in earlier, but that was not possible. Had to wait outside the apartment waiting for the cleaning to finish. Apartment was exactly like the pictures-although it was a little smaller than I expected. Beds were super comfortable and everything was ready for us. The plumbing in the bathroom is not the greatest. The sink and shower kept getting blocked. Good neighborhood with variety of stores and restaurants close by.
The apartment was a very nice place to stay in a great location and looks exactly like the pictures. We were very welcomed by Maria who always responded very quickly. The nearest subway station is at 15min walk to Hunter College.
It was a bit noisy because the city's never sleep but we wore earplugs so it wasn't really a problem.
Food store right across the street, nearby central park and the museum mile, very confortable bed and great shower.
I would definitely recommand it!! Thanks again Maria!
We were welcomed by Lore, who showed us around & also left us her number in case we had any problems. The apartment is equiped with everything visitors would need- well kitted out kitchen, plenty of towels, hairdryer, & nice touches like- shampoo/shower gel, tea & coffee. On demand TV & Wifi also.
There was 5 of us, so it was a little snug with bags & shopping etc. The beds were very comfortable, there was some noise from the bar across the road, some of our party wore earplugs but this was not a problem.
The area has a local neighborhood feel, not too busy, with a food store across the road and some bars, a Duane Reade downstairs, along with some nice Italian restaurants. We found a really nice Thai restaurant just a block away also. Central Park is only a few blocks away as is the nearest subway station. Time Square is a nice 45 minute walk away. Would certainly recommend this property.
