About this listing
This luxury condo is superbly located downtown San Francisco close to Moscone Center, Union Square, Bloomingdales at Westfield Mall and the Powell Street Cable Car. It was built in 2005 and enjoys great natural light. The condo includes, wireless, cable and a washer and dryer. The living room and kitchen has bamboo floors and custom lighting. A great cost effective alternative to pricey downtown hotels!
It is located South of Market, 3 blocks below Market street close to Folsom Street. Easy walking access to many attractions including museums (SFMOMA, Contemporary Jewish Museum, Asian Art Museum). Tons of restuarants and just perfect if you happen to be here for a convention at Moscone Center (3 blocks).
Please no shoes while in the condo especially in the bedroom. Also, no smoking.
Richard's condo was warm, welcoming, and surprisingly quiet. Perfect walking distance to my training and anything else needed during my stay. Thank you!
Richard let me check in early, and was there to personally show me around his pad. It's exactly as pictured and located just a block away from the Intercontinental where I had a corporate event to attend. The apartment had cable, smooth wifi, and a great kitchen and so I was able to take advantage of the Whole Foods nearby to make some home cooked meals. Really had a fantastic time!!
We had a lovely time. Richards apartment was very nice and a great location, very easy walk to the moscone center. If you are coming for a conference, this is a great location. He has a in unit washer and dryer in case you need a longer stay.
This was my second time in Richard's apartment, and the entire experience was as great as the first. Location is perfect (just walk out to 5th and not 6th, no big deal at all), apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable, and Richard is so easy and friendly, he was so super-accommodating of multiple changes in my schedule. I would totally stay here again if Richard would have me!
Some more prosaic things: the washer+dryer are in-unit, wifi works great, there's a ton of cable TV channels, shower is good (I forgot how to work the shower head and took a couple of minutes, just make sure to ask Richard, but if not it's just that you have to pull down on a ring at the end of the bathtub tap, really easy), there's no lift but the stairs are easy.
The reservation was canceled 25 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Richard was delightful, and gave a great tour. The condo was super clean and roomy. I've stayed in many SF hotels, it was nice to have "acreage" and not feel so claustrophobic. His condo is beyond lovely and super close to Moscone, SoMa and the financial district isn't too far. If you're in town for a conference, and this has availability - do yourself a favor and book it.
Richard is an incredible host with a very comfortable, spacious, well-stocked apartment. Check-in and out was a breeze.
This was my third stay at his apartment and I look forward to returning again.
