The studio is located above what used to be a stable and is attached to an old Victorian house (1880). It is sunny, spacious and very quiet. Guests appreciate details such as the extra comfortable Tempur Pedic mattress, private shower with fresh towels, kitchenette with an espresso coffee machine,cable TV, WIFi. In addition to the comfort , the guests value the studio's total privacy. The windows overlook a lovely courtyard where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine while planing your visit in town.

Interaction with Guests
The host is well traveled and has lived abroad. She enjoys the interaction with her guests and understands their needs.She is well informed about the place of interests and will try to answer to your questions pertaining to the local events, shows and other attractions.
Lovely neighbourhood. It used to be a working class district populated with a mix of Irish immigrants and French Canadians however it is now quite cosmopolitan. Recently the area has become more and more gentrified.Very conveniently located,it is a stone throw from the heart of downtown Montreal but offers a very quaint atmosphere with the Canal, the proximity to the St-Lawrence River, the Atwater Market, etc.
By car, 10 minutes from Champlain and Victoria Bridge. You can park the car in the driveway.
Public transportation is very convenient with a subway station only 10 minutes walk from the studio or 5 minutes to a bus stop that takes you right to downtown Montreal.

The kitchenette is not equipped for meal preparation. It is conveniently set for preparing snacks and breakfast. No cooking allowed.
