This is a very comfortable and modern apartment located in a historical house that was completely renovated a few years ago.

It is located on the waterfront. You can swim right in front of the house.

Perast is a car-free village from June to October. During these months parking is available 200m from the apartment. During the rest of the year, free parking is available on premises.

The space
The apartment is located on the top floor with great views of the bay, and has its own entrance.

It has 1 bedroom with double bed, private bath, kitchenette, air conditioning, free wi-fi.

It is located on the waterfront. You can swim right in front of the house. There is also a beach located a short 3 min walk away.

Perast itself is a town that was first inhabited over 5,500 years ago. Today it is a quaint fishing village in a very picturesque part of Montenegro, a short drive from Kotor and not far from Dubrovnik in Croatia. The village is of such historical value that it has been put on UNESCO's list of protected sites.
