Our cozy cabin is ideal for couples or families. We are close to all attractions while still offering some peace and quiet. Our amenities include:

* Rear Deck "nestled" in the beauty that you come to the Smoky Mountains for!
* Separate Laundry room

Other things to note
* There are no stairs leading up to or inside the cabin. However, front walkway may be too steep for children, elderly or those with disabilities.

*No pets allowed without prior approval and payment of pet fee. No exceptions
*Any Pet that is permitted MUST be on heart worm and Flea and tick medication. No exceptions

* WEATHER can change! We are not responsible for changes in local weather. Heavy snow, rain or winds could impact power, Wifi connection or television signal. There are no refunds for last minute cancelations due to these changes.

*Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years have a 4 night minimum

*Any reservations longer than 2 weeks require owner approval and damage deposit

*No parties, events or family gatherings allowed

*Renter must be at least 25 years of age
