I am subletting my room. The bedroom is for 1 person only. It is furnished with a twin size bed, a small desk, closet and vanity. The room is compact and comfortable.
The apartment has a bright and modern living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. In the heart of historical Bedford-Stuyvesant, it is a vibrant neighborhood with community park, many cafes and restaurants nearby, walking distance to the Pratt Institute, easy access throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens.
The apartment will be shared with my roommate, 30s female graphic designer, and my sweet ragdoll cat. I am an independent interior designer, educator, gardener.

Transportation: 1 Block from Bedford-Nostrand Stop on G train, and 10 minutes from Nostrand Stop on A/C trains. 1 Block from B44 and B38 bus lines. The G train links various Brooklyn neighborhoods from Park Slope, Cobble Hill, Downtown Brooklyn, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, to Long Island City, Queens. Easy connections to A/C trains to Lower and Western Manhattan, F train to Lower and Eastern Manhattan and to Queens, and 7, E, M trains to Midtown Manhattan. Approximate travel time within Brooklyn 10 minutes, to Manhattan in 20 minutes.
Bedroom: Comfortable twin size bed with down feather mattress layering. Fresh linens and towels provided.

Born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, I have lived in many cities, including Seattle, Vancouver, San Francisco, Amsterdam, and Panama.
